The main problem here is there are no hangmans.all have retired. Several adv were given no body wants that job.

IF THERE IS PROBLEM OF HANGMANS, THEN SHOOT ALL OF THEM IN FAKE ENCOUNTER. DELHI & UP POLICE IS SPECIALIZED IN ALL FAKE ENCOUNTERS.
IN THIS WAY, WE SOLVE THE 02 PROBLEMS, ONE THE PROB. OF HANGMAN & 2ND T TERRORIST PROB.

court has ordered hanging not shooting.it should have been done when he was arrested.

It is stupudity to expect a decent hearing from the Gundaraj/Junglee Raj President, who is bacially a Commando, who understands only power play not the democratic approach or the law of the lands.
It is better to hang Sarabjit by the JUNGLEE PAKIS and India (We, the democracy loving people/peace loving people) should hang all the pakis in not only in Indian Jails but also the entire Pakis Babus, Pakis Politicians, Pakis entire Defence Establishments (Including the ISI. Given the condition, We can offer a last chance to release Sarabjit or the entire PAKIS STATES should be done another LANKA DHAGAN.
That way no one should be punished on humanitarian ground.When they do such heinous crimes are they acting human and when they kill other humans? Working for a State is no lesser crime.It is bigger.No one thinks of innocent victims who die and are harassed by corrupt babus every day.Criminal law cant have generosity built in it.Then it will no more be useful.If sarabjit was really repeat really involved then law has to operate.Same way if AfzalGuru was involved really he should be hanged without delay.There should not be hesitation to finish anti social elements who do crimes of this typoe in profesional manner for mafia,governments and their gangs,and not out of sudden personal vendetta or in emotional disturbance.Law has to operate for victims and not for perpetrator.This must be universal rule in all countries.Clemancy and relaxation can be given only in rare & exception cases. If he is really involved then both Pakistan and India governments should go ahead and execute the convicts in their respective country.But to hang innocent will be serious and bigger crime by State.This should be kept in mind.

we loved our President APJ , but he was also quite reg AFJAL matter. How funny. INDIAN shou;d love his country 1st , then His religions. But APJ didnt do that.
