See..baba log has no 'jawabdehi' in Indian society. They travel without ticket. They eat without paying. Its good but when religion itself is at its low in a civilization beacuse of people then intelligentia must wake up. Its a grave problem. I think the best thing Hindus can do is giving 20-30% of their daily earnings to PM fund for revival of the civilization. That way overwhelming budget of temples will be tigthened and a lot of beggars for fun will be filtered. Its a serious problem as we these people are the first impression of hinduism and so the basic teachings of hinduism which has the ability to change the world for a better tomorrow is lost because of this unwanted confusion. RSS must take notice and for once do something for hiduism rather than waiting for another ADI Shankra for the next 2000000 years to revive hinduism.
