The BJP claims it Unifies Hindus. Yet it fans rife between Tamilians and Kannadigas. Why? The BJP in Karnataka is party of Lingayats, led by Yediruppa. The Lingayata are the most casteist community in India. Why?

Guru Basavanna founded a new Relegion called " Lingayata". Few contemporaries like Siddharama called it as "Basava Dharma" as it was founded by Guru Basavanna is a non-Hindu, non-Vedic Faith for following reasons:
- Hinduism has no one single founder where as Lingayatism has Lord Basavanna as its founder-prophet.
- Hinduism based on the preachings of Vedas, Agamas, Bhagawadgita, Mahabharata, Ramayana, Bhagawata, etc. where as Basavanna questioned the authority of all these Hindu Scriptures and rejected many of the tenets contained therein. Vachana literature which opposed four-fold caste system, untouchability, polytheism, inequality and preached equality, monotheism etc. is the authoritative source of knowledge for Lingayats.
- Main ritual of Hinduism is Homa, Yajna and Sacrifice. Lingayat religion totally rejects and opposes such rituals.
- Hinduism considers places like Kashi, Tirupathi etc as holy and rivers like Ganga, Yamuna etc as sacred. It believes visiting of such places and taking dip in holy rivers will absolve all sins committed. Lingayatism does not consider any such places on earth as holy and any river or pond as sacred and mere dip in water will absolve all sins. Concept of sin and merit in Hinduism and Lingayatism is completely different.
- Lingayats do not chant either Geeta or Gayatri, do not worship either Ganga or Govu.
- Hinduism believes in 5 pollutions- pollution of birth, death, caste, menstruation and orts. Lingayatism rejects these 5 pollutio

The Hogenakkal drinking water supply scheme is being implemented by Tamil Nadu on the basis of a No Objection certificate by the Centre. The NOC was issued by the Centre on September 21, 1998 after convening a meeting of both the States on June 29, 1998. At the meeting, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka had agreed not to object to drinking water supply schemes as long as the State concerned utilised water from its allocated share.

The then Karnataka Chief Minister J.H. Patel of JD(S) - former ally of BJP had been the signatory to the NoC.

This is the reason why in this whole tamasha the JD(S) is quiet.

The BJP, Tamil Nadu unit and its ally, AIDMK (both entered into an alliance agreement for the coming polls in Karnataka) spearheaded the opposition pressure on Karunanidhi to react. The BJP, Karnataka meanwhile is trying to milk the issue to gain votes. Rascals

Facts in 1998

1. BJP government at the Center
2. DMK ally of BJP at Center
3. JD(S) led by Son of Soil - Deva Gowda party in Kanataka

Questions

1. If Hogenakkal disputed terrority, why all these parties signed NoC?
2. BJP in power with JD(S) for 2 years, why they did not raise Hogenakkal and why now - two months before elections

BJP is a Lingayat Party in Karnataka. Lingayats are the most casteist community in India. Hogenakkal is only a foretaste of Yediruppa rule. But then, all other communities against Lingayats. So Yediruppa will end like Advani- Perpetual CM-in-Waiting

Lingayats claim that they abolished caste system and yet they are the most casteist in India. All other communities must adopt tactical voting to defeat Lingayat (BJP) rule - vote any party well placed to beat Lingayat (BJP) candidate in any constituency. Make BJP forfeit deposit. Last time BJP forfeited deposit in 42 seats. This time we can aim to triple it

Vote for BSP in Karnataka. It is the only party that believes in equality to all irrespective of caste or religion. To ensure that all castes and communities got fair representation, the BSP has earmarked 30% of the seats for Lingayats and Vokkaligas, 37% for Other Backward Classes, 23% for Dalits & 12% for Muslims

Hindu Rashtra in Making
by mandar on Apr 18, 2008 04:34 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The classes for uniting Hindus are being conducted by our cultural organisation RSS. Please join RSS and the child organisatiions like VHP, Bajrangi's. Once you join the Shakha you will learn everything.

There are few concepts that should be clear. We want to create this Land a Hindu Rashtra. Everything should be Hindu. Otherwise we will consider you people as Anti Nationals OR Traitors. Whenever you speak to someone you must first find out whether the person is Hindu or Not. If Hindu go ahead with conversation. If not, brand him as a terrorist.

We Hindus need to unite and show these creatures of other religion their place. We have shown them in Gujarat. We need to keep on pouring this poison against Muslims and Christians continuously. RSS is doing a good job. As soon as a child takes birth he has to get enrolled in one of the Shakhas.

Once you join shakha, you will be taught many things about how only Hindus are human beings and others are just animals. How to kill the innocent muslims and set in the terror in the hearts and minds of minorities. This will lead to mass exodus of minorities from India and we can create a complete HINDU RASHTRA from Jammu Kashmir to Kanykumari and Gujarat to Bengal. Once that is achieved, among Hindus, we can show the filthy creatures within Hindus, BC's & OBC's their real place. For time being we need to carry them with us as our brothers (Just for time being). Once the Non Hindus are driven out then we can look at this filth.

Election Pointers
by AR on Apr 18, 2008 04:23 PM  Permalink

- The Congress attracted maximum applicants per constituency - there are virtual stampede
of applicants. The JD(S) the least.
- The Congress still attracts maximum defections. The JD(S) none at all. In fact, it looks that the sheep is deserting the JD(S) lock stock and barrel.

In 2004 Lok Sabha elections the BJP won more than half the seats but could not repeat the
same performance for the Assembly elections. Among reasons was that in the Lok Sabha, the
stature of Vajpayee came into play and not the likes of local politicians.

Besides BJP's image has suffered due to:

a. Fanning Kannadiga-Tamil disunity in the Hoggenakkal issue
b. Selling of tickets to the highest bidder, diregarding winnability of candidates
c. Bellary mining mafia controlling the party. In fact, why the JD(S) transfer to BJP did not take place was because the JD(S) objected to this mafia accorded cabinet status
d. Packing selection list with only Lingayat candidates, reinforing the image that the BJP
in Karnataka is a Lingayat party, alienating it from other communities

On basis of these pointers, the Congress seems favorites to win the elections especially with the base of the JD(S) disintegrating. The return of SM Krishna consolidates the Vokkaliga vote bank behind Congress. There is high possibility of non-Lingayata communities adopting tactical voting against the BJP. These include Vokkaligas, Muslims and linguistic minorities, particularly Tamils, SCs and STs.
