Pakistan threatens India, illegaly occupies Indian territory (called PoK), and ceded Indian territory to China (Akshai Chin), funds ands aids terrorists and criminals to create terror in India, and expects water to flow into it? They must be thankful of all the bounties offered by India in the form of water. It should immediately be stopped and the archic 1960 treaty scrapped. Scorched plains of India require water in summer months for agriculture in view of the rising food prices. I do not know how the Pakis even dream of such benefits. No doubt the gut-less UPA will grant the Pakis their wishes.
