Given the sensitive nature of the issue, I think the press should stop releasing news to public on the Hogenakal project, to ensure its smooth completion.

You are wrong. All those people sitting in the state assembly are not legal experts. And, many a times, they will announce it there without seeking consultation from legal experts for political mileage. So, I do not agree with you.

Legal or not, they are the lawmakers:-) and btw, there was no issue on this project till our own Yeddy of karnataka raked it up.
