Mr. P.A. Sangma revolted against the domination of the Italian lady and resigned from the party along with Mr. Sharad Pawar and Mr. Arif Mohammed Khan. It is good to notice that he is still sticking to his principle where as the willy Maratha chieftian returned to the Congress fold for enjoying the benefits of power. Where is the Akhar is the sotry? Nobody has heard of him for quite some time!

Mr. Sharad Pawar etal came out of INC mainly because they were opposed to Sonia Gandhi (who was not an Indian by birth) becoming the PM of the country. Otherwise, people do not see any difference between INC and NCP. Since the NCP leaders are now clarifying that Mrs. Gandhi becoming the PM was never an issue between INC and NCP, they should also now calrify as to why NCP is not merging with INC?
Did you know that there is a system in our constitution, as per the 1969 act, in section "49-O" that a person can go to the polling
booth,confirm his identity, get his finger marked and convey the presiding election officer that he doesn't want to vote anyone!
Yes such a feature is available, but obviously these seemingly notorious leaders have never disclosed it. This is called "49-O".
Why should you go and say "I VOTE NOBODY"... because, in a ward, if a candidate wins, say by 123 votes, and that particular ward has received "49-O" votes more than 123, then that polling will be cancelled and will have to be re-polled. Not only that, but the candidature of the contestants will be removed and they cannot contest the re-polling, since people had already expressed their decision on them. This would bring fear into parties and hence look for genuine candidates for their parties for election. This would change the way, of our whole political system... it is seemingly surprising why the election commission has not revealed such a feature to the public.... Please spread this news to as many as you know... Seems to be a wonderful weapon against corrupt parties in India... show your power, expressing your desire not to vote for anybody, is even more powerful than voting... so don't miss your chance. So either vote, or vote not to vote (vote 49-O) and pass this info on...

We need more such politicians to ensure that only an Indian becomes the PM of our country. As Sangma rightly puts it, there is no objection to Rahul aspiring for this high office (though one wishes that he never becomes the PM of this country, given his credentials as one belonging to the dynasty and no other qualifications), it will be a shame on the 115 crore Indians if ever Sonia becomes the PM of this country. This has nothing to do with secularim, communalism or otherwise. Simply put, only natural born Indians should be allowed to hold the high offices of PM, President etc. Otherwise there will be mayhem. One hopes Sonia never ever becomes the PM of this country.

A European becoming a PM (after some paperwork to be called an Indian, of course) of this great country is simply not acceptable; That will render all the lives lost in throwing out the Britishers almost meaningless.. Even in this position, she is already exploiting India, to amass foreign dollars through Bofors, Iraq Oil Scandal, so-far-not-successful nuclear mega deal purchases, etc. through her Italian friends like Quattrocchi. We have to in fact bring her down from this current position of exploiting India urgently..
