Two underage boys crossed the border by digging under the fence, a logical act of adventure. now the political side. India has interrogated them(I hope they are in comfortable position and not beaten up for confession) under international law of minors they should be handed back to Pakistan. For India they should make the digging under the fence more difficult they should have learned by now that a simple fence does not keep the intruders out. seasons has been learned and should be acted upon straight away with out waiting a decision from parliament or some stupid minister. Send them back with a stiff and stern warning to Pakistan's that this should not happen again or the consequences will be different next time.
i think this is delebrately attempted , i think boys are not innocent , may be isi is behind this . pakistan is a country, where these childrens are used as a human bomb, so i think these boys should be convicted as like terrorists

yes .. hw can 2 shit heads cross the fence mistakenly by digging under the fence ... they r definitely human bombs ... i think limbs the 2 boys should bt cut n thn they shld b returned to their families so tht no one can "mistakenly" try to enter India .. bloody as**H**
