During student days, I had occasion to be a bystander of a tamasha organised by a quack. he used to sell 'oil' to increase male potency. The symptoms he used to refer was quite common - desire to pass urine at the time of taking bath.

People with excessive fats in their back of the neck will have a distorted air passage which is on eof the reasons of snoring. So regular exercise that can cut your fats from your neck can help you. Eat healthy food(roti & dhal, no junk foods), eat sparingly, do excercise regularly, your problem should be solved.
