I cry for Nepal
by RN Iyengar on Apr 15, 2008 07:06 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Yes, I cry for Nepal. The downfall of Nepal is just starting by letting Communists into power. Just look at North Korea ande Cuba; both are piss-pot poor and the citizens are in great suffering. Nepal will go the same way, I am afraid.
I wonder what makes people choose such a worse option?

Poor people and crumbs. LEFTIST LIKE TO COME IN POWER BY DEMOCRACY BUT THEN KILL IF PEOPLE WANT OPPOSITION
by D S on Apr 14, 2008 07:40 PM  Permalink

Leftist really need to improve their reputation of letting opposition come to power when people want it. There cannot be one way street when Leftist want to be in power due to democracy and yet not allow opposition when people want change. India is still not fully democratic as long we have this ticket(mp/mla) distribution system controlled by cartels who are affilated to money and special interest groups that care damn about poor people. For them poor people can be thrown crumbs just before election.

Also, leftist should be allowed into Gujarat because we don't want congress opposition to come back to power. It should be "backward" based parties such as BSP/SP or the leftist.

Congress needs to end dynastic system and cartels controlling ticket(mp/mla) distribution. they cannot fake that tickets distribution is not in the hand when all the MP/MLA contestant have photo of dynasty when are campaigning or some sort of stamp of approval.

cannot be in power all the time if people want a change

The greatest curse India has suffered is treason.
by Vishnu Sharma on Apr 14, 2008 07:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Treason in India is a two way street.
Firstly We know that there are rank traitors in our midst.
Secondly we do deal with them in the right manner which discourages other traitors.

So we suffer from a) Treason
b)An assinine Leniency towards treason.

Only when treason is dealt a mortal blow at the beginning itself is the future of a nation secured.

We need to purge our media which is crawling with Marxist vermin before the bring about the downfall of our great Nation !

However, the biggest treason in India (as in many other countries), is corruption and tolerance of corruption by commoners like you and me. The words 'treason', 'patriotism', etc. have become handy tools in the hands of the most offensive thieves (most of them politicians) to hide their knavery from the foolish commoners.

Failure of Media
by deepak on Apr 14, 2008 06:57 PM  Permalink

It is a failure of Indian Media to highlight the atrocities of Communists around the globe.. 5th columnists in india are greatly compromised. India, lacking access to Internet, and subsequently, to free information not compromised by the mainstream media, suffers from having maoism, and marxism amongst our great nation. History of last few years has witness, India doesn't have any scarcity of traitors. Lacking Kashtriya dharma since the pundit of Kashmir (Nehru), and jain of the gujarat (Mohandas), India has only seen backwardness... Better we got ourselves together, better it is...

with external minister like Mukherjee, you just know the misfortune of India.

Maoist Victory in Nepal a positive development
by Taral Prakash Bhatt on Apr 14, 2008 06:14 PM  Permalink

Pranab Mukerjee depends totally on the Communists for his political survival. without their support he would be nobody in Indian politics. No wonder he finds any and all growth of communism a positive development. perhaps he may even be dreaming of becoming a joint external affairs minster of India, Nepal, Tibet and China too?!

Maoists are terrorists
by S Kiran on Apr 14, 2008 05:15 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Pranab and his party have been sharing power with their brother terrorists, so he does not find any problem with them.

Soon, the Lhasa train will reach Khatmandu and Chinese soldiers will man India-Nepal borders.
