Both Sikh*s and Mu*slims have scant attachement for our motherland. The largest number of Indians who have settled in UK or US to do menial jobs that the whites wont are from these two communities.

I respect all of your positions and respect how you guys have the discuss the topic, but the way I think it is that the only solution for India to save its minority Sikh from going against its government is to punish those who were responsible fo the 1984 massacre and give the rights to punjab that it deserves... like its water and first langauge... the please take out the phrase from the Indian constitution that says the sikhism is a sect of hinduism cause its definetly not... and if the governemt of indian is really honorable then it should also keep its word of giving punjab its own rule. May the its own rule is not possible but atleast let punjab be managed by the SIkhs who have sacrified so much for this country from Independence to every single war after that... Sikh were 80% of ppl that died during independence but yet they are 2% of the countries population and they make up more than 50% of the Indian armed forces themselves... its about time india pays the sikhs their debt back...Please give Sikh their own marriage act because in India Sikh marriages are still register under the Hindu marriage act... How fare is that in the biggest democracy in the world.... If India is a democracy please let SIkhs have autonomy atleast inside punjab and give them what they deserve...just give them their due for give up lives of their gurus like Guru Tegh Bahadur who died in stride to save the Kashmiri Pundits and many Sikhs like Bhagat Singh who fought for Indian freedom butwere ki
