Matter of belief
by harish dewangan on Apr 14, 2008 03:30 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Guys,

It just a question of believing..I guess many won't require proof for existence of Lord RAMA..bcoz if you say that u don't believe in existence of God.

I regert the fact that many ultra modern so called hindus don't even bother to read their religious scriptures and hve become aethists.

May God give them a good sense of understanding before it is too late...

well....i agree with you largely....it's a matter of personal benefit.....even if someone put a convincing argument in front of Indians that Ram didn't exist, he would exist in my earth, because Ram for me symbolises certain things, like integrity, patience, and certain other values which I would like to take. Having said that, even the author accepts that Ram is said to have human traits and can't be considered a God, that refutes your point that if u don't believe in Ram you don't believe in God. If u believe in Krishna but not in Rama, don't you believe in God. And don't worry that people have become atheists. It's not them who are a problem, as long as they follow what they want, express their views why they are so, and not insulting someone's revered like gods. But if they do so as Karunanidhi did, then one should definitely protest against it.

what a horrific guy
by apurva singh on Apr 14, 2008 03:28 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

this guy is completely insane. darwin is one of the pillars of modern civilization. this writer in the same league as muslim so called scholars. but about 20% of what he write is true. ram did exist and he was a great aryan warrior who defeated dravidians and established aryan dominance in india. let us take it as history and nothing more than that.
