It is a brilliant article.The analysis part is wonderful.It is for all scholars to come together and trace out the origin of Lord Rama especially when the present govt is refuting the existence of Lord Rama. Shame on us that we have such spineless people who do anything to keep their vote bank intact.

what are you going to do with the analysis..spend the money on people who are hungry, who are homeless..who cares if Ram existed or not. what good it bring to humanity if he was alive or not. IF he is GOD he is out there laughing at us..feeding a poor is equal to worshipping Ram. Anbe Sivam
The Author contradicts himself at every point. I'll start of with few points on that note. The author says about arya and un-arya. This point itself is ridiculous. I am not sure how many of you have read 'Volga to Ganges' by Rahul Sankruthiyan. This book traces the history of mankind from 'Volga to Ganges' and how the Indo-Gangetic plain was occupied by the invading Aryans and how the people of Harrapa and Mohenjadoro were pushed behind the Vindyas. Then the aryans created a myth which said people who were living beyond the vindyas are asuras and the conquered aryan races as Devas. If you read laws of Manu, the point is vindicated. Manu laws support only the upper caste aryans. If you look at the punishment meted out to the non-aryans, it's clearly visible that it was the first treatise in the history of the world in terms of racisicm. Hitler looks small in front of that.
Second point: The author states that the event happened atleast around 8,69,108 years back and there is no historical evidence for the same. If that is the case how can you prove Ram existed? Ram is a creation which came out of the victory of Aryans against the defeated Harrapan people. Vedas are nothing but glorification of aryan tribal chiefs such as Indira, Ram etc., I am not against God. I am a Hindu and very spiritual. But these kind of nonsense in the name of Lord need to be stopped.
Religion has killed more people on this planet than any other war. Let%u2019s put this nonsense out.
