the basic problem with our country is that everyone wants to become a engineer/doctor/manager and in the process waste their actual intrinsic capabilities. this means that is a dearth of people in everything else starting from athletes to novelists. not to mention the second grade and corrupt politicians who run the country. just because no bright student will like to dabble in politics since politics are nowadays run by crooks. if this trend goes on this country is heading right towards a dark age.
The issue is of Demand and Supply. All IIM's have total seats comparable to say Harvard Business School. For IIM's more than 2.5 lakh students apply for less than 1500 seats. Does 99.0 percentile is way different from 94.0 percentile?
All those how got through IIT/ IIM go on accerlated growth path. The campus placements also show high demand from employees but short supply of candidates.

We have more then 50% population in young age group. They are smart, intelligent and hardworking. If they are not economically sound , loans from bank can be availed.
The limited seats are only helping coaching institutes where students start preparing as early as possible to beat the competetion. Interestingly, many of the faculty members of there center of excellence do teach or run coaching institutes.
Treat all equally no racial discrimination. Caste based reservation promotes schism, no competitiveness, dishonesty and ineptness. It has already damaged our society. Create need-based quota system. Allow poor people to taste the richness. In the current paradigm, poverty remains but the poor people are getting eliminated. Talents are not limited to higher or lower castes or any religion for that matter. It is God gifted. Dont waste human values and talents in the name of castes. It is inhuman as it is racial.

Shut up you subhuman inferior species. Your IQ is lower than black Africans. You belong to a failed race. Inspite of being given opportunities you cannot rise up because of your inferior IQ.
Soon your subhuman race will be exterminated in death camps. The upper caste Aryans have been too tolerant.
The issue is not reservation..... 1000 million people but less than 10,000 good engineering, medical and management institute... due to this shortage teh demand for BE, MBBS & MBA has gone up.... so you see in India its ur degree that is valued and not your talent.... The need of the hour is enough colleges so that each person gets to do what he loves and deserves... and not be another wall in the brick. If there are enough colleges for everyone, then each would pursue his love and be sucessful.... and in short the country will prosper... The country will prosper if we make progress in every field... and not just IT services

As I have observed, compared to Brahmins, OBCs are more sensitive to caste and discriminate people based on caste. I have seen several Brahmins who married people from other castes (including Dalits) and other religions. So, if there is a proposal to eliminate castes altogether from Indian society, I think OBCs would oppose it more vehemently when compared to Brahmins (In this case, OBCs should marry Dalits also, while expecting Bharmins to marry others).

Who the heck told you that we want a casteless society? No we don't!
You brahmins used caste as a weapon to scr6w us for thousands of years. Now we have understood the might of caste. That weapon is now in our hands & we want to use it for scr6wing you. Its rightfully our turn & next few thousand years we will do that! The scales of justice ought to be evened!
We want caste to continue. We want caste to play major role in politics. We are not mad to throw away such a powerful weapon!
You may advocate a casteless society now because it suits you in the changing times. We will not fall prey to your plans because now we know that caste suits us & we need to use this danda for scr6wing you!
Many generations of yours have taught us how to use caste gainfully, thanks for educating us!

Your historical consciousness is so perverted that it only knows the language of pseudo vendetta. Like any social order, caste had its inadequacies but it also gave birth to revolutionary new socialistic ideals. It was neither racist, nor exclusivist but preferred an inclusive growth by not relying on the absurd assumption of all men being equally capable and equally rational. Moreover, the so called upper castes have actually contributed to the making of the nation, and being the founders of one of the greatest civilizations of the world. We simply want to give you the taste of your own medicine. Then you tell all that absurd logic to yourself & be happy.
We want to use the weapon of caste against you to taste the benefits. No political party has the courage to challenge us, nobody has the guts to do so.
We 52% OBCs will have 52% seats in Parliament. Doesn't matter to which party they belong to! They will come together for a common purpose. We want voters & leaders to be caste conscious & working for castes alone!
After we have scr6wed you for next 500 years, tell that stupid reasoning to my grandchildren that time!
