Dear all(Particularly from Reservation category, its bad that you can be recognised separately from our society as BACKWARD). You want yourself to be called BACKWARD and you feel happy for the same bcos you are like "SARKARI DAMAD". Tell me one thing if one member of a BACKWARD family utilises the facility of reservation for education and job,is it not your duty towards the country, society and your fellow BACKWARDS,that you leave the reserved positions(in education and jobs)for others from BACKWARD class and let them get uplifted subsequently. But no,you want to eat up the eats for your famil members and live happily without bothering about others. Reservation policy is for the upliftment of the DOWNTRODDENS and once they become FORWARD(by taking advantage of reservation, that's it,give chance to others. Bythis way the number f BACKWARDS will be reduced in the period of time and SCRAP RESERVATIONS. What do you say my all the friends.
Left is full of oppurtunists like Karat & Yechury!!!! They are stooges of Congress!!!They want creamy layer also to be inluded among OBC!!!Whereas Bengal CPM has same view as Supreme court!!!
CPIM Fellows like Yechury & Karat are working on behalf s of congress. These fellows have been bought over by congress & have no business with leftist thinking .. Yechury & Karat have not won even a municipal election..are conspiring to throw out the real leftists like Jyoti babu!! These rootless fellows have sidelined Jyoti Da & diwallowed Somnath Da to contest vice President elction .. showed his finger to Smnath Da , just like Chappel showed it to Kolkata..Entire CPIM depends on bengal support as the base of CPIM & win election from there but get all the cream position for people like Yechury & Karat whereas ,tall the bongs have been shown the door!!!just like what Chappel did to Sourav!!! Bongs are real dumb!!!
Post Independence India has witnessed an exodus of bright minds away from the political arena.
Post Independent political arena is bereft of the likes of Rashbeahari Basu,Chittaranjan Das,Aurobindo Ghosh,Subhash Chandra, Bose,Lokmanya Tilak, Subhramaniam Bharthi and others.
Today politics have become the last resort of the people who have failed in the entrance exams of IIT,IAS,IIMs and could not get a good job.It is no wonder that they have proposed this law for their own children.
This indeed is a law by the backwards for the backwards and of a backward country.
The reservation of seats to backward classes obviously deprives some of their legitimate seats. These are the ones who shall experience the brunt of the reservation policy. They although are entitled for the seats and have slogged to achieve what they deserve but unfortunately are denied by the judgement of those who matter. Do we have anything to compensate the ones who actually deserve ?

Question paanch krore ka! When last did we have a prime minister from amongst the dalits or the backwards? Or, for that matter, an HRD minister.
The political class is fretting and fuming on the non-inclusion of the creamy layer for reservations. From this it is amply clear that they do not want the actual needy to benefit and only the rich and powerful from these sections should continue to get the benefits. Trust these people to bring in a law to over rule the SC ruling.

There is a saying in Hindi, which roughly translated means 'knee bends towards stomach only'. So the politicians and social reformers from the creamy layer want the reservation pie to be enjoyed only by their progeny and kin. Trust the Meenas, once very powerful kshatraps of Ranas of Mewar, Yadavas, one of the most powerful clans during Mahabharat times,Jats, who once lorded over western Uttar Pradesh, to claim the status of backward. Fifty years hence, Misras and Shuklas, Saxenas and Mathurs, Gargs and Mittals, Bhattacharjees and Chakravarties, and the ilk will be forced to claim the status of most backwards among backwards.
The hon'ble Supreme Court's judgement is welcome particularly to the aspiring OBCs for admissions this year.Though ,the question of creamy layer and total 50% ceiling is reservations may disappoint many.To diffuse the hardships of the disadvantaged groups more evenly in the society, such a affirmative action was long overdue.Once the caste based discriminations are over, the need for such reservations will automatically go.The test would be the ratio of students in the colleges and employees in the jobs vs.their respective proportions in the society. As long as this remains skewed, the need for social engineering and state intervention continue. The question is why caste should remain a symbol of economic and social backwardness. The correlation in these two has no place in a democratic setup based on adult suffrage and equity of all sorts. If the restrictions of creamy layer and 50% ceiling in rservations are removed, this process of social justice may give faster returns.Otherwise, the process will remain slow, given the added hurdles imposed by the implementers. The existing corruption by way of nepotism, casteism, bribery etc.profits those who are already in power and financially strong! The reservation only partly takes care of this evil that goes grossly against the weaker sections.

Where is the implementation? The other day, Ramdoss was speaking that only 5 percent of seats have been filled as against 27 percent. Government must be forced by the people to go for an honest implementation of reservation policy.

Do you propose 100% reservation based on castes of India?
What will happen to the below creamy layer don't you think that they will never be able to come because the creamy just as in cup of tea will not let them come up ?
What is your criteria of backwardness is it just a caste even if the person is economically, socially and culturally forward?
Do you think one vote per person is alright or that has to depend on his qualifications reflecting a knowledgable suffrage?
Lastly do you accept Hindu Marriage Act ? Why our politicians do not have guts to frame a Muslim Marriage Act?
