Yes the CPI does want the Olympics in Beijing to be successful... After all it's happening in China thier pay master..
If the same event had happened in US they would be up in arms to quench the torch in its run, condemning the human right violations in IRAQ.... how biased a party can be???? CPI was Pro-China... now its becoming For-China... Dangerous trend...
CPI - Communist Part of India has become Chinese Party of India. Who are they to assure? Are these CPI for India or for China. Ask these idiots to get out of India

Be it Tibet or N-deal or China policy or Next Gen reforms...., consensus eludes us and the price paid for it is high.
Tibet, as a buffer between the contiental giants is not only to be desired, it is a necessity. The net effect of our internal ideological division is that we are assuming the burden of eternal tension on all our borders.
May be, once the leftist view as our society graduating from neo-colonial to post-colonial context, the consensus on various issues where the logic of economics are evidently crystal clear, would be available.

Thank you Mr Sahadevan KK for supporting Chinese Indian friendship. I am a proud indian who believes that Chinese Thoughts On Socialism are quite effective tools in making nation's economy to develop and grow at a faster pace while removing social obstacles that can come on the way. Thanks a lot
Chinese security guards who have accompanied the Olympic torch on its route through London, Paris and San Francisco will not be allowed to run alongside the torch in Japan later this month. Security on Japanese soil is for the domestic police alone, and the principle will not be compromised because it is the Olympics, a senior Japanese official said.
It follows a similar pledge by Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd who said Thursday "total security will be provided by the Australian authorities" during the Canberra torch relay.
