After this decision next step for the government should be to introduce caste based quota in sports and cultural activities. Maybe that will save millions of dollars which India spends on sending sports contingent for Olympics (pun intended).
Sadly the people seeking boycott of Olympics will have to find some other job.

Only visionless and sycophant can only appreciate such decisions. The caste devide of the counrty is more than a shame for a counrty like ours. No such juduciary support was needed to further devide the counrty on caste lines.

Dalits today understood that they have been beautifully befooled by RSS/BJP as vote bank. Dalits needed to kill Muslims/Christians. But the time of reservation for SC/ST/Dalit, Hindutva 'leaders' are not available and are aginst.

Upper caste on what basis? It is all because of you guys India was ruled by invaders for the last 1000 years and you still consider yourself as upper caste is shame. Enjoyed all kind of luxury joining with that time rulers and screwed up the life of mass Indian population after naming them as lower caste. Better get lost to your old bosses land.
Reservation was primarily aimed at lifting backward classes and it was a temporary solution. Even after 60 years of independence, if the problem still exists, Congress is the party responsible for the same as it has ruled the country over 5 decades and ruining it still.
