Resrvation to bring up the downtrodden is OK but does it have to be based on the 1931 census ? The cout could have atleast asked the government to bring out fresh data and then allow reservation based on that. Now we have to wait for another 5 years. Pity

dear friend there are only 12 % open category people :)) so I think congress is going to win the next elections. If you are open cat just make yourself prepared for tomorrow its going to be tougher. The only thing is i have seen one of the most brilliant people who were obcs they were better than me i mean more talented as well as better off. that why i am feeling betrayed. but anyway we just shouldn't loose hope. Wish all reservation thing will be over in next 10-20 years. So that our future generation are not discriminated. and one more thing we are still better of than tamilnadu as a state (70% quota). Where india as a whole will have 52-53 (27 15 7.5). But in whole i would term it as a retrogative step.

you r just too immature baby. dont cry like that. Everybody has contributed to what india is today, and remember nobody has penalised forward castes yet for loosing to foreigners because of their inefficiency and miscalculations. Find a way to survive don't just be discouraged. And anyway seats for the general is not being reduced (at least thats what was promished) so please don't bother. yes there will be indirect load on the tax payers as extra seats will have to be created to accomodate obc's. second thing government should be properly excluding the cremey obcs otherwise it would just send the resentment deeper.

Why cannot there b a logical solution to reservation issue. 1. Only one person in a family can apply for reservation. 2. That too only in education..not in job..!! 3. No reservation to anyone if income is higher than 100000/- (govt employee or private employee whatever) 4. Extra left seats to b filled on merit basis by general candidates.
ST lived in the jungle. SC were outcaste. Both needs reservation to come up to the speed of society. If other's needs reservation that shows their own shortcomings.

Hence it is imperative to appreciate 'diversity' in Government (Legislature,Judiciary,Administration) and in Private Institutions (Reliance, Infosys etc) in order to prevent 'casteism' and socio-economic 'collusion' in India
1. 52% of Judges should be from OBC. 2. 35% Judges should be Dalits and Tribals. 3. Remaining Judges should be from other castes.
Otherwise India might disintegrate into 500 independent states as in pre-BristishRaj.

our supreme court is always directed by ruling party or even if supreme court gives verdict to aparently against ruling party but there will be hiding escape/signal for clever politicians for taking advantage out of it and even if clever politician could not take advantage then president is there to help. Take example of Afjal case ,if u have not forgotten. why supreme court given his capital punishment on friday only, the auspicious day of muslims and that too coinciding the Ramzan fast ending date.We r clever citizen, we understand everything but what we can do rather to change the government but there also problem .whoever will come in power, they r acting in same way. jo jata hey lanka, wohi banta hey ravan. we, the general has no place in india. After some years, India will be a country of dalit, obc sc,st and muslims with all illiteracy and misery as the incompetant people will come out in the higher post.politician has seen that general are taking the job in private sector by doing good in higher education where other non-merit unable to compete now they have tried to cut this route also.But u see the history, general has the maximum contribution in independance but oh God! now nobody is there to help us. what we can do all, we can make passport and come out of country to work . There my dear, u will have the prestige of living and u can use ur capability and u will get a better income. We have fought a lot but no use. For general, no-body is there to hear my dear.

I find total disappointment in the statement. But I want to ask all my friends who are NRI and working in other countries what respect they are having in other countries. The reply should be from the core of their hearts and it should not be polished but,of course,presentable What I want to say there is An NGO called RSS. This is the only organsation where there is no discrimnation on any account. I know there are peoples who critiocizes RSS for want of the knowledge about RSS. I would request them to know and understand the RSS. They should go to Shakha and know about RSS. But this much sure that Only RSS is a guarantee against all sorts of expolitation
