absolutely right. The govt is bringing down the quality of these premier institutes. Why dont these guys understand that politics shouldnt be played in educational related matters. Education is right for everyone. The meritorious irrespective of whichever class they belong will be given admission. But why will these politicians think all this, after all they just want power. Their livelihood and that of their families is anyway taken care cos they have power to get aything. Wy will they bother abt the country going to dogs and shame on us too cos as responsiblecitizens we are jus able to blog or voic our opinion here, but not do anythin much.Very sad are the state of affairs of our country.

The spirit of democracy and social justice demanded proportionate representation to each socially identifiable group of the society. The injustice of more than 5000 years old has been set right. Hats off to the political parties and the justice loving citizens of India
I am not against giving quota to backward class.IIT and IIM's are our primier institutions and it should be poisoned with this quota venom.Let the intellects get to this irrespective of the class they belong to with shere power of knowledge.The political parties are tying to pollute the heart of people just to get the political gain for the coming election.India is trying to copy to western culture, but has never copied the best things.They give very much importance to the intellect people irresptive of thier caste , creed etc.

In an official information from the IIT-D,the SC/ST students who take the admission in the CS/ELECTONICS due to the gift from the fool Indian politicians,left the branch in 2nd year becoz of failure...Now,like all the state Engineering colleges whose most of OBC Engineers are selling the Toffees and biscuits and doing low ranked Jobs,the IITs/IIMs OBC engineer/MBAs will do the same.... All the best to OBCs..

Kash aisa hota. Problem is that the now dats Invigilators/Lecturers/Examinations Officials or Examinars are also belong to reservations & they are intrested in bribing rather than talent so they will pass the examination & country will get screwed.

Govt and supreme court must give 25% gracemarks for IIT and IIM OBC students and mkae 30% marks to pass. Now it is Rama rajya not Ravanarajya.
