Next Item in the agenda is - Reservation for SC/ST/OBC in Supreme Court itself.
Tese bl**dy useless people dont understand that knowledge can't be aquired by reservation. If the country has to develop, then we really need intelligent people at the top of every institution. Irony that the whole lot of politicians are doing a conspiracy to take India back to the 18th Century.
You make a Person a nuclear scientist by virtue of his caste - the missiles that he will develop will boomerang. At the same time, an eligible person will be denied opportunity because he is from the Upper caste.
Arrey - useless joker politicians... if you are really bothered about Bharat mata's development, then please open new colleges and create more jobs. Whats the logic in snatching the job from an eligible person and giving it to a SC/ST/OBC based on his caste?
India is perhaps the only country where people struggle to get a caste certificate and are happy to be called Backward.

UPA is a Bane to this country. Let us throw them out of power. Policies are for the betterment of the society. We need to have leaders like Modi in Centre so clean up the muck in this system. UPA can go to any level to beg for votes. I am sorry to insult beggers by this.

The educated people must vote against congress to teach a lesson. they want to devide the nation. & try to deviate the debate from inflation. we know ech time there is cong govt. there is high inflation high interest for idustries which will result is lower growth in next year.

You are right, we should not fight. congress want the OBC votes with dalits & muslims. so they want to separate remaining votes to get the power. but one should not be fooled. the govt if want can do many constructive jobs. by which the most benefeted will be obc dalits & other poor also. but they don't have the vision. that's a pity. there are now two classes in this country , people living in big cities & in small towns & villages.they don't have the access to good quality of education, hospital, not enough earning to avail it in big cities.
The Apex Court has given a verdict on a very complicated and itchy subject. The Government should now adhere to the operative clauses of the verdict and ensure that no creamy layer candidates are sneaked in the OBC quota, and as shown on the tv media, do not allow sons/wards of MPs and MLAs get through !! And the Government should ensure that there is a review on their own every five years.
I am not sure how our judiciary has missed this. In IITs 50% of the SC/ST category fails in preparatory courses so they leave and their reserved seat is never filled. Those who qualify face extereme competion from the general category in relative grading system and they ultimately fail and quit their seats.
I have seen 1 person completing Btech out of 4 SC/ST candidate. which means 25%. same thing will happen to OBCs.. which means 75% from the reserved seats we will waste every year in each department.
And we will say no to admission to briallant general category student. who will compete and will add value to society and return the govt invested amount for the seat.

consider the fundamental truth also .... eg.. for 100 seats in iit only 25% (sc,st,obc) is alloted for reservation ,the rest 75% is for the oc catogery,who are only 5% in the total population of INDIA...... if people like u are in top inst. or top positions in INDIA caste system will prevail for ever..........
The Supreme Court is the voice of America.The underprivileged masses will study henceforth in Indian institutions,and the upper castes will be provided with seats in all the American univs. that will set up shop in India. Everyone is happy. Back to the caste system. What a waste of time.
I feel sorry to understand that the decesion is unanimous. Reservation is good but till what extent and at the expense of hard working brilliant ones. Does a rich SC/ST student where both parents are working at a good position because of reservation should get reservation. The answer is no. All the reservation is swallowed by affluant rich SC/ST at the end poor workers from from the same group are not coming up. This is shame to our system.

there are very few rich educated SC/STs .... these examples are all bullshit. Reservations for IITs and IIMs will not change a thing because if useless fellows enter into these institutes - they will fail or come last in the classes. This is a good opportunity for merit students to show THEY REALLY ARE BETTER. They will look better in comparison and will get the better jobs.
