If God exists he would surely answer the prayers of innocent people and come to their succor. The onus is on the people to fight this injustice. The politicians of this country have done a great disservice and will pay for this.

How can you expect justice from the God which devides humanity under four category, keeping Brahmins at the top and Shudra at the bottom?
After 60 yrs the backward classes have become still more backward. That is why now they require more reservation. Has reservation really helped ? We have the RTI to know how many families have benefited from resrvation and do their children still require reservation

there has been never 60 years of resrvation for so called OBC!Only resrved clas has been SC/ST except of course in south where OBC class been getting !But there had never been any hulla bulla for their resrvation!But due toty politics of North the OBC resrvation has become controversial!
Congratulations to all who would benefit from this move and sympothies with those who would suffer.
Congratulations are also due to Congress, the Left, in fact all political parties, and the SC. But apologies and sympathies to dear Motherland!! Today has been the most retrograde step in India history since Mandal-I. From now on I am in complete favour of people (from any and every caste) going to US and any other coutry that values merit. May you find such a place and never come back for India doesn't and would not support merit from now on. Congress and the Left can purpatuate reservations and rule the losers forever. Who is responsible for Mandal!BJP supported VP singh started the game of OBC!BJP Gained by it by declaring JATS as Backwards to win elections specially in Rajasthan !but m,any m,embers with out any knowledge are biased and only blame commies who have never been in rule at centre!Why there was no agitation regarding resrvation during congress rule!Why only after the defeat of congress such issues were raised ?and by whom!

Now it becomes certain that All valuable resources will migrate out of India. Most Expatriates planning to return and settle in India would also drop their plans.
It's a Govt sponsored FORCED BRAIN DRAIN. Migrating Some Brains to the West and some to a field not of much interest to themselves and forcing some brains pre-programmed to do certain routine work like burning corpses to operate on human corpses.

Dude, Do you think the United States and Europe and other developed nations are waiting in open arms to welcome Indians who are disgruntled with Indian policies ? America and Europe are increasingly getting stricter with immigration and foreign citizens taking up their jobs are now becoming huge debates in their pariaments. Gone are the days when the uppity Indian used to mention reservation and easily move to the US by writing the GRE or getting a software job. H1B's are getting restricted these days and travel to the UK for work is near to impossible. Instead of having this 'Lets fly away' from India policy, stay back and learn to be the best against increased competition or discrimination or whatever you label it or migrate sectors and be innovative.
Why do Indians fight each other on the basis of cast and creed. If some one wants to change thier cast to SC/ST/OBC then please allow them to do so and avaial the reservations. Will that solve the problem?
We should fight for development in our rural parts of India where people are working very hard to meet thier needs.
i always felt that people sitting in supreme court are higly educated and have a great wisdom to take right decision. But their judgement on quota has badly disaapoitned me n made me realized that i m so unlucky to born in open category. i wish i was born in obc category so dat even i cud hav a bright future widout pains wid help of stupid laws of the country where the fittest is thrown out n only weakest is given the golden chance. i advise all the paernts n children to turn obc or sc,st coz if u want to study in india widout ne tension n bribe it is the best and cheapest way to get admission coz our law n government belive that open category is useless n only obc deserve the seats.i m happy dat even though i m 23 yrs i hav not wasted my vote by voting for ne of these useless govenment who cant remove the barriers of inequality but in keep on increasing it. i understand that elections are upcumin n thus the government may have influenced the supreme court to take the judgement. God save this country and its poor open category people. Education shud always be given on merits n not sympathy. coz one who studies hard has d right to seat.Govrnment cud hav anounced sponsorship for obc students. But how can they shell out d money which they keep it up for themselves. N we still keep watching this show as law n order both r out of r hand n still v call india as democratic country.

No doubt its because of these quotas the education fees are soaring, for instance whent the 27 % of students in a institution cannot afffor to pay fees, the institution will try the collect/cover their fees through the remaining students who belong the upper Castes...
Its because of the Upper Castes who are paying the TAX the government is able to announce these incentives. It is like this: all the hundi collection at Tirumala is used by the AP government for promoting churches, mosques and granting incentives to 27% sector. Very less amount is spent on Poor lord balaji & improving devasthanam. But no matter Lord balaji is continuing to do his job Simlarly also the upper caste should continue their good work of paying tax and the benefit would be given to 27% Sector.....
There will be one day all these carzy of crazy money minded politician will die
The dharama will be uplifted.... Probaply we may or may not be alive but the removal of the 27% quota will be flashed in the same Rediff site.... That would be a very sad day for rediff as there wont be any messages on the message board
My sincere prayers is that till that time Rediff Comapny & its CEO, Vicky Nanjjapa and all at rediff should be alive to witness that change............

Please do not upset, now it is the turn of socially backward communities. They suffered lot for last 2000 years in India. Upper cast people have ruled them, killed them, utilysed them as per thier wish. Now it is thier turn why are you worrying.... You have all the facilities in your house/city but what is the condition of the backward communities. Let them enjoy.

Why you are crying. Your ancestors got education at the cost of these SC/ST/OBC. Now it is your turn to pay back. They have been waiting for many centuries for this dharma. now u wait for just a few decades
Mixing of races had always given birth to a superior hybrid race. Those don't mix and live in a tribal way, are always left behind in evolution. So mixing should be encouraged and enforced though there might be a individual inconvenience.
