These judgement do not matter to the Politicians.They sons & daughters mostly go abroad for Higher studies.Firstly as they are not very hardworking and motivated they do not get Admission in good institutions in India.So they are not bothered .Some examples are Navin Jundal,Rajesh Pilot,Ajit Singh,son of Maulam Yadav, Rahul Gandhi.
now if a new govt is elected in center or states there will be 1 year quota to obc,sc,st female and physically handicaaped if a person found not abiding by this rule then he will be punished by getting him promoted to ny higher caste.
The students faught against these corrupt politicians.How much sacrifice they did for fighting but what they got in return? Police beaten them mercilessly,Director of AIIMS removed (just like shahbano case),Ramdoss denied to sign the degrees of students.The only hope was Hon Sup court who was with students.But what happened suddenly,Why the bench of Sup court changed?Why the decision that reservation cant be given based on 1931 consensus was changed ?Only god can seek us justice.

How can the Hindu God seek justice if the so-called God divides its followers in four categories, keeping Brahmins at the top and Shudra at the bottom. I don't expect justice from this fake God.

Four categories is not based on top or bottom. Better you understnd those who are stong in brain they called as Brahmins, those who are strong shoulders called kshtriyas, stong built thighs are called vaishyas and major strong leggies are called as shudras. That means every one are brahmins and shudras. without leg no one move forward. Dont say hindu god is fake. understand the reality.
Why you dont make rule the person in reservation has to get more score. ex. 98 percentile for regular student also wont get seat in IITs. so our system should increase minimum 95 Percentile criteria for reservation student.
Do you think the United States and Europe and other developed nations are waiting in open arms to welcome Indians who are disgruntled with Indian policies ? America and Europe are increasingly getting stricter with immigration and foreign citizens taking up their jobs are now becoming huge debates in their pariaments. Gone are the days when the uppity Indian used to mention reservation and easily move to the US by writing the GRE or getting a software job. H1B's are getting restricted these days and travel to the UK for work is near to impossible. Instead of having this 'Lets fly away' from India policy, stay back and learn to be the best against increased competition or discrimination or whatever you label it or migrate sectors and be innovative.
The spirit of democracy and social justice demanded proportionate representation to each socially identifiable group of the society. The injustice of more than 5000 years old has been set right. Hats off to the political parties and the justice loving citizens of India. Let there be 3per cent reservation for Brahmins, 1 per cent reservation to the Jains, 2 per cent to the kayastha, 4 per cent to the rajputs and so on. No person will be victim. Jai bheem!

let there 0.2% for underwater scuba divers, 1.32% for sports personalities, 2.34% for beggars etc. this is the most flawed logic on the entire board i have read so far.
i always felt that people sitting in supreme court are higly educated and have a great wisdom to take right decision. But their judgement on quota has badly disaapoitned me n made me realized that i m so unlucky to born in open category. i wish i was born in obc category so dat even i cud hav a bright future widout pains wid help of stupid laws of the country where the fittest is thrown out n only weakest is given the golden chance. i advise all the paernts n children to turn obc or sc,st coz if u want to study in india widout ne tension n bribe it is the best and cheapest way to get admission coz our law n government belive that open category is useless n only obc deserve the seats.i m happy dat even though i m 23 yrs i hav not wasted my vote by voting for ne of these useless govenment who cant remove the barriers of inequality but in keep on increasing it. i understand that elections are upcumin n thus the government may have influenced the supreme court to take the judgement. God save this country and its poor open category people. Education shud always be given on merits n not sympathy. coz one who studies hard has d right to seat.Govrnment cud hav anounced sponsorship for obc students. But how can they shell out d money which they keep it up for themselves. N we still keep watching this show as law n order both r out of r hand n still v call india as democratic country.

you should have kept in mind before writing this message that they too are humans bounded by the thirst and greed of money.which they get in the form of bribes.they too are maneuverable or could be manipulated. well sorry if i have hurt somebody's emotions but today's decision has made me right this.
Looks like there will be an appeal to remove the word Merit from our dictionary (only in India) so that no body will talk about it. New rule... 99% quota and 1% others (no merit)... But still we get politicians who are not educated, corrupted and with no brain and they will still continue make laws for us.
