Welcome Judgement!

All ignore the foxes crying foul out here. Everyone knows who will get recruited in a Pvt company when a uppercaste guy is a CEO. Ask anyone who attended the interview for a two wheeler company in Chennai. They invariably recruit from their own caste in campus interviews and advertised positions.

The govt jobs won't be even 2 or 3% of the total jobs in the country. So why do you bother when those small percentage is reserved and after all govt jobs are not so renumurative compared to pvt jobs

Hey people now indian government must pass an act for companies and government of other countries so that in high package salaries and campus placement also the reservation must be given to ST, SC and OBC. The government must give reservation in BOLLYWOOD and CRICKET and Army also.
What the hell is government doing. Just they want to make people mentally sick and rule them.

Good verdict!
by Prem Kumar on Apr 10, 2008 08:29 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I support the Verdict and appreciate it whole heartedly!

Folks, please don't falsely believe that everyone is opposing Reservation, by reading the responses of few people posting in this forum. Its not true.

majority of the poor, backward and impoverished people live in villages and they don't "post" iin your forums and you don't hear their voices. But know they need and support Affirmatove action and its for them the reservation is.

This is Social justice, guys; for the collective good of the society. This corrective measure is necessary to do some rights for the wrongs that were done. It may affect some of us but for 100 gains, there can be one loss.

Your claim of misuing quota is also gone now since the Supreme court has rightly left the creamy layer out.

Now, it will directly reach the needy.

Long live Social Justice!
