RE:Helpless in our own nation

Gupta, u r not alone. There're millions cutting across the linguistic and caste barriers who feel like u today. This is the blackest day in the history of the country when the parasite politician who did not lift his little finger to help the socially downtrodden and only fed hatred and malice in their heart has hijacked the education to produce his own clones. Certainly u or me or our children could not have got into these institutes of higher learning despite hundreds of hours of hard work but atleast we wd have known the more deserving got in; what we mourn is the slaughter of meritocracy at the hands of the scheming, expedient rascals. The country's pride is at stake and Arjun Singh rejoices the demise of the standards that the entire world has come to recognise. We shd sublimate our fury and metamorphose it into a movement that would ring the death knell of these filthy politicians.
Let their be transparency in admissions to colleges, public sector and government organisation. The caste and religion should not be mentioned in the application. Each candidate should be called by an exclusive number allotted to him. Papers should not be allowed to get leaked(the upper caste people leak the papers to their near and dear ones). 10 papers should be drafted and randomly picked. The upper caste people pass the question papers to their nears and dears and in interview they help their own dears and nears. Till this continues Reservation is a must. A small minority should be allowed to eat away all the resources of this country.

"Papers should not be allowed to get leaked(the upper caste people leak the papers to their near and dear ones)" - wtf? all these happen only in Bihar and other states where OBCs do such things and keep the states underdeveloped...and i havnt seen anyone benefit from mentioning on some paper that he is from a higher caste...only the lower castes benefit...it is infact for this reason that no castes should be mentioned...

Let the fair competition in place first. It is observed that the number of employees recruited of a particular group depends on the members of the group present in selection committee. Is that transparent. Till background playing exists reservation is a must.

Many western countries had predicted that earlier but the Indian nation has always survived and prospered! When Yugoslavia was breaking even then many Western analysts predicted that but what ever the differences among us indian brothers we will remain united!JAI HIND !
The appeal of institutionalized reservation in India is attributable, in the first place, to the worsening of economic, mental, emotional, physical, social, cultural and political conditions that have thrown wide layers of the population off balance, deeply alienating them for centuries, to the benefit of very few(Brahmins). Majority of disoriented middle caste and dalits have slowly evolved an opposition to the status quo that rejects norms of equal representation for all groups(advantaged and disadvantaged) and embraces what it conceives to be "caste" means, i.e., devolution of basic Universal Human Rights for majority in a society.
Reservation finds its ideological sources in the filth thrown up by Decaying "upper caste" society: racism, the cult of untouchability and suppression.

If u think ppl are still suffering just because they are from a lower caste, why dont u go and make sure they are not discriminated against? There are laws against untouchability and other things, why dont u make sure these are implemented well rather than ask for a back door entry into reputed institutions? After all, most of the enforcers, police, come from so-called "backward castes"! and finally if u think discriminating ppl based on caste, that was going on much earlier in India was wrong, why let it happen against the general category now??? 2 wrongs do not make a right

This is Goebelsian propaganda at its best. The education in this country was never confined to any particular section of the society. For a thousand years the country was enslaved and those who decided who shd have education were not certainly friends of Hindus, certainly not of the upper castes. Brahmins were the worst sufferers under the reign of these oppressors, the Muslims and then the Britishers. The Britishers threw the education open to EVERYONE WHO HAD A DESIRE TO STUDY.Most of the educational institutions were run by the Missionaries who had reasons to displace the Brahmins' place in the society as the educated class. If u were not interested in education and found business or idleness far more profitable, u cannot blame others. No amount of sophistry u display can hide ur naked lust to partake of the growth of economy, fuelled by the meritorious and not the mediocre. The independence was won by the blood, sweat and tears of the upper castes and those who supported the Britishers, like Karunanidhi and his mentors who begged the Britishers to rule atleast Tamil Nadu alone, if not the entire country, are now hungry to hog the fruits of independence. Reservations reduce u to a beggar, dependent on the mercy of the parasite politician, and u have no shame in accepting it instead of saying leave me alone, give me the necessary inputs, I'll prove I am one among the best. A free lunch is for the indolent, an earned lunch is the pride of the deserving. Ur choice is obvious.

ONE DAY ALL F**KING obc SHITS ARE GONNA GO TO HELL WHEN GOD WILL SAVE THE UPPER CASTES FROM THIS TREACHERY. JAI HIND. JAI BRAHMIN, RAJPUT, VAISHYA.
Just when I thought the supreme court was getting the right things done, here comes this stupid and shameless verdict on quota. And how the hell do they propose to identify the creamy layer? "The court ruled that the delegation of power to the Centre to determine OBCs was valid"...yeah right...each govt will consider its majority voters as OBCs and will give them the benefit of this...one day Cong may even declare Muslims as OBCs to gain votes!!!
Why r these people hiding their inability of competency under cover of all illogical craps. Ok guys u people tell me...is this logical to get papa reservation, then son..then his son..n so on. n then also the family is "suppressed"?? Why not even a single person of OBC/SC/ST says that ok...just one reservation in a family wld do n that too..just in education. Why do u want to take revenge for things happened in history? As far as suppression is concerned.....british suppressed us..if u have read history....y not taking revenge with them?? Thats y b'coz u cannot do that?but u can easily take reservation here....so plz dont hide ur true colours by all kind of craps..!! n y dont u people of reserved class try one thing....next time u or ne of urs family member fall seriously ill or get some weird neurological / cardiac..etc kind of problem....then y not trying ur reserved buddies for medical treatment....?? they r doctors too.....I think that time this revenge from general class wont come in way for getting the treatment from same general category doctor..!! Thats problem dear...!! accept the truth... so now do not reply me with the again whole crap story of urs..!!
U guys know the difference..?? U r demanding special treatment to u n we r demanding equal treatments...thats difference. n yet we r wrong..!! Oh sorry we did so many attrocities on u..thats y...u want revenge..!!ok...good reason for u being lazy n incompetent....

I personally know few brahmin guys who eat chicken and drink alcohol at nites and morning they perform poojas in the temple...Then why are poojas only reserved to BRAHMINS and not to an SC or ST??

eating chicken does not mean that those people are bad. i am vegetarian. the question is here that only rich and powerful people exploit the system of reservation most of the times. the real dalit are far reach to get the advantages of reservation system

Eating chicken does not mean they are bad and even i know that but the point is why should they hide themselves and eat?? They can openly say that they eat chicken and they drink alcohol and will that guy be allowed to perform pooja in temple again?? Stop being hypocrite...

Prashant Kumar you are wrong. If we have criminals then we have soldiers too. Some of them have won Param vir Chakra for their bravery. Check Kargill war. Plus see ACP Rajbir Singh of delhi police. See how many criminal he killed. Now you tell me of what caste you are and I will tell you name of criminal in your caste.
RE:SCRAP THE CONSTITUTION!!!

Terminator now you are going too far. You called OBC's Goon, rapist and criminal. This is not right. If you think reservation will do any good think again. In India only 20 % of graduates are employable. That means only 20% graduate get job what they want. Open category is still 50 % open. This verdict will creat further baised in Private sector. So OBCs will have degree but no job. On other side all Open category student will be easily absorbed in work force.
Also ,Their is no dearth of private engg, and medical college. Plus I heard foriegn company will come in education sector. They will directly train your so called merit guys and export them (this is what happening in AIIMS). You guys won't loose anything technically, Only looser will be OBCs.
In my view the decision of 27% quota for OBC is a very good decision...Every so called upper caste in the society now is in some way or the other have had reservations in the past......Yes reservations should completely be removed when people from every caste in the Indian society are equally sharing power, money, development, education etc...There was time in India when BRAHMINS were treating people from other caste as Untouchables but slowly times have changed and oppotunity was given to people from other castes too and they proved themselves and have made recognition of their caste in the society...so opportunity should be given to everyone....
RE:Good decision by supreme court....
by Vijay B on Apr 10, 2008 09:35 PM Permalink
BRAHMINS NEVER treated anyone as untouchables. You have no knowledge of social structure at all, yet you're talking like all the crooked politicians.
The worst form of untouchability is practised by your caste brethren against their own!
All major reform movements against such dastardly practices like Sati and untouchability have been initiated and spear headed by BRAHMINS, FYI.
You are utterly misinformed, brainwashed and greedy person. You want everything without working for it. That makes you a bad person Rajiv. But hell yes, this is Kaliyuga, dharma stands on just one leg and adharma rules. So you are one of the majority. Enjoy!
RE:Good decision by supreme court....

Actually the government and court must go further allowing the politicians to Give the Degree Certificate when they join the college, university the first day and say that you get relaxed at home. and also give them the appointment letter on the same day. relax and enjoy the life. You mean this is the way you want opportunity. do you people want to go to america and compete or you want to stay in sarakari jobs only. Remember only competence will keep you in the world all time, not this reservation.
