Why are you saying thanks to him? He throw baasi-roti at you and you have already started wagging your tail. Don't you have any self-respect? Or have you reserved it for later -- When they offer you 100% you will politely say no only 99% is fine?

Naveen, the brahmin who believes that he has come out of the mouth of 'maha-purush' like a saliva and thinks that he is 'superior' to all. And a coward too.

You are wrong!!! I am not a Brahmin...but whatever I am, I am. You are a Convert...deserted your own faith. So, who is the real coward?

Once brahmins proudly cried that they were brahmins. Now they try to conceal their identity. Because now brahmins mean viruses in the society.

Hence it is imperative to maintain 'cultural' aka 'caste' diversity in all temples in India.
Government of India should implement 'reservations' in all Indian temples as perthe 'caste' census in India.
1. 52% of all temple staff including Pujaris/Priests should be from OBC communities. 2. 29% temple staff including Pujaris/Priests should be from Dalits and Tribals. 3. Remaining all temple staff including Pujaris/Priests should be from other castes.
Otherwise India might disintegrate into 500 independent states as in pre-BristishRaj.
Replies should be positive in gving advice and not generate hate. it is no use. India requires more Universities. Let best be for the best.
Another thing is the coming in of the golden age of pure science. Why worry if you want to do research only , Do pure science , like physics , maths and chemistry , biology all in pure. This will be the final frontier of science and technology. There is no reservation required for this. OBC's and reserved people will not come into this area, because success is not immediate and it takes long time. Oh!! the non-reserved take pure sciences seriously. The golden age is back now.
If UPA wants to win the election now. It must implement reservation in private sector jobs. That will show its really commited to the social progress. If it wavers its days are numbered. Next election it will bite dust.

You mean to say private sector should hire sub-standard talent instead of talented people of any caste? A company would rather close down than implement such measures. Would you go to a quota doctor to do your heart bypass ? I bet even Mayawati won't.

I and many people I know in fact prefer to go to a OBC/caste doctor. That way I am at least sure that the doctor has passed the test, unlike a upper class doctor from a private college who pays to pass the test and get certificate.
In fact Majority of people have started going to caste/OBC doctor after experiencing the utterly low quality of majority of upper caste doctors (who pass out from donation institutes)

Please tell me the way to identify an OBC / SC /ST doctor !! Are they having board like - MBBS (OBC) (BC) / MBBS (SC/ST) ????? It is a shame to mention a doctor like this !! A doctor is a doctor !! There is no caste for him !! He will treat all !!! Please don't say that I prefer OBC doctor etc.., and create further problem !!!!

Sorry, Mr. Nanchil....I have Equality complex. Yes, you are right...I am poisonous to Casteists.
In IITs/IIMs - grading is relative. So if the merit students are truly meritorious, they would be always in the first two quartiles of the class. This will help them get jobs and admissions to schools abroad. The campus hiring process always feeds out useless fellows...so those who are good have nothing to fear. Companies hire good people and not because they has the stamp of IIT. In fact - they would now insist on IQ tests before making any offers if grades are not available. The government thinks that students are considered great because they are taught by Noble prize winning professors at IIT - the students are considered great because they came through tough process of entrance. Those who do not get shunned. Future governments may insist reservations during campus hiring process and then companies will stop hiring from campus. There is no way companies will hire sub-standard individuals. They would rather not hire and hire top talent as contractors.
