Lets not forget that our CJ is a backward caste as well and he was appointed to give this verdict in time for General Elections. While in the older times it used to be a shame to be called a "backward caste" today there are some people in Rajasthan fighting for being nomitated to the backward caste category. I assure you that there will be no Exclusion of Creamy layer and that there will be some loop hole in the exact text of the verdict which will be used to include the creamy layers. Garv Se Kaho Hum Backward Hai should be the new slogan of Modern India. Thanks to Mayawati, Mulayam Singh Yadav, Ramdas Athavle, Soniya Ji, Anbumani Ramadoss, and last but not the Least Arjun Singh for branding India as Backward.

finally the brahmin controlled supreme court came to this decision after denying justice to OBCs for 17 years. Even the brahmin puppet, narendra modi can't do anything abt this

be careful....we brahmins had sowed our seeds (you know what i mean) in all of the castes and religions. it may happen that if GOD decides to kill all brahmins, then more than half of your caste people will die because their roots can be traced back to brahmin .

No need to do it. Just Remove reservation and all Backward will die automatically. You must be No 6. Who want reservation and do not want to work.
Supreme court verdict is not sufficient. Government should make sure that students from OBC/SC/ST are promoted to next class irerespective of their marks, otherwise they may suffer in same class for years. If some OBC/SC/ST doesn't get the seat for higher education, he should be given degree to uplift their social status.

You are born in upper class. You must already having a secured job, good education, good edu.family background, but it seems you are not cultured. In any family, when younger brother is poor,weak, all well settled family members should take care of his education, responsibility to come up in life as a good citizen and human being. It is better to take another birth in animal's life. Have you studied constitution of India? Say thanks to god, that you born in India, otherwise after your statement, This freedom is also not in another country. Also say thanks to DR.B.R.AMBEDKAR who's contribution towards this nation is very much higher.

Your knowledge proves you are half baked. Ambedkar wanted reservation for just 10 years post Independence. Congress and Pro-Caste politicians dragged it till now.
By the way who told Brahmins gotgood education and work due to caste? They got it by talent. They enter education/workplace in General Category. You mean to say deny chance to skilled, and hire unskilled in his place? Arguments like yours simply proves how logical some SC/ST/OBS's think and God save this country in hands of people like you.
To become developed country, we need talented people and not caste generated viruses.

Dear ssss, who said brahmins got good education through their talent. It is because of the favouritsm. The teacher in the scool is biased to teach better for brahmin. It happens in the college also. The GMs in organisations help brahmins to come up in promotion by favoritism. Neber say it was by virtue of your talent. Brahmin take care of brahmin. You bloody brahmins take care of other caste people also this judgement was not at all applicable now. Speak from you conscience.

In our India there is more than 56% people having OBC category approx. But unemployment % is more than 80%. After independence of 60 years, is it this progress? Merely it is un -Justice on OBC category and in future it will be removed by this judgment. We congratulate bench of SUPREME COURT and Hon.Min.Mr.Arjun Singh and NDA GOVT. for follow up and immediate disposal of matter. STAFF OF AIR INDIA, MUMBAI.
Please do not get carried away by the su[preme court rulling on reservation policy. The socially marginalised should get their due. Besides India is a democratic country and the rule majority is tobe respected. There cannot be two types of people the rulers and the ruled. Sunny Thomas

once rajiv gandhi said only 15% of the money fron govt goes to needy same is true for every other field including reservationsnow only 5% goes to the needy be it fron any caste or class or else in 60 years we would at least halved the needy pupils,rich persons(ias,ips,politicians,buisnessmens) either do not give opportunity to others in their caste and even they suppress economicalyy backward from their caste if these policy is worked properly it can work wonders or one day it will definetely make rich more richer and poor more poorer.
