Will you or wife take injection or medicine from Doctor who takes 12 years to clear MBBS and that too at 40 %. will you talk to a govt.quota Officer who was Drover that is 12 fail but now made Bus Depot Incharge. YOu give example of oldies, your Grandfather raped a girl and are you ready to go for that jail. Put your heart and mind in the places, don,t make india third grade country. After this you only will lament about the quality.

Upper cast beurocrats will turn down all laws, which is not favorable to them in a systematic way. They have the strength in beurocracy to do that. Other wise 60 years after independence is not a short period to bring up these lower cast people to mainstream. Unfortunately, their condition is still pathetic. I am from kerala and I have so many examples with me how they do it. I am one of the scapegoat of these gangs. They appointed me in reservation seat even I was eligible with merit which is not allowed in present law. By this way, they can reduce one reservation seat. like that there are so many ways... Please note reservation not made for solving financial issues but to bring them up to mainstream...

why did u want to take a merit seat when a reserved seat is already waiting. What they did was just right as a open guy comes after fighting lakhs, and a reserved one come by fighting tens. Had u been selected under merit seat, the other guy in ur department would have had lesser intelligenge,thanx that u occupied the general one and finished the open guys road. Anyone who has been reserved should be given only reserved seat and thats it...

yeah your brothers in Andhra want reservations for minoritioes, u mean they dont belong to ur religion??
I believe socio-economic parameter should be the one & only criteria for quota system. unfortunately we are just go on adding castes & castes every time to political reasons and nothing else. every one has right to live in a dignified way in a society. we should look into that and bring the under previleged society into main stream by providing, socio-economic facilities & opportunities. To have the united india, i believe better just to remove the tag of 'caste' every where.
In India the reality is diffrent, There are most people from backwrd casts even dont know about the reservation quota, they are still backwords by money and education, people from backward class who knows about the benefits they are already rich and well setteld, so the needy people from backward class no idia about this, even they dont have the sources that they can even educate them even 10 class.

Those peoples very strong not necessary spoon feeding. Those in weaker section shall need uplift, so this reservation is must and we need to think how much percentage the FC????

its must for weaker society, but dear frnd, Most of the OBC category listed out is not weaker society. in fact they are the one who exploit the real weaker section of society
