I think after few years open category would be recognised as MINORITY..If we give reservation to all, then open category would be in minority..Does it make any sense to have reservation...Its is saddest day in Indian History..After some years we will find reservation In railways, bus and also in sports also. One point solution is get 10 thousand crore from corrupt politicians and Big businessman and give 1 crore to 100 crore people of india, this will make every indian crorepati. And 9-10% of interest will give 9 lak / year. and according to me 10 thousand crore will not be problem for corrupt politicians and businessman, and everybody will be happy.

Great progress. So finally India has transformed form democracy to a higher form HIPPOCRACY. Welcome to the new system of governance. The constitution is being rewritten. Slowly but steadily we are progressing to a system which will be close to (if not exactly) SHARIAT system. The key to the new system will be (majority rules the roost). What nonsence you are talking about, dear this is the verdict from SC, not from Congress led UPA ( Useless Parties Alliance ). On which base you are advocating for Congress who ruled and ruined the nation almost 40 years. What they did for SC and ST in India. Congress will face heavy defeat in the hands of BJP in Karnataka and in coming Lok Sabha Election. Congress will never make a government in their own. Their defeats started from Gujarat and it will continue for few more years.
