Is there any quota system for admitting a patient to hospital??? lol... when will we come out of all these systems? No wonder the top brains of India always end up working outside the country...

I just want to say that, If you are reading this means , 90% chances are that , you are excluding from the OBC ( creamy layer) . so folks are just expressing their frustration.Its not that if you don't get benifitted, the system is wrong!!
why 27%..give 100%...others have no right to live.Destroy the talent pool. Someday these guys will give Quota on others wive's as well. All are hell bent on destroying India. Why can't it be pure talent based i don't understand..even i am against castesim, but i always respect talent..and i never look into a caste/class of any people..but some Evil guys have differnt ideas.
Hence it is imperative to appreciate socio-economic and cultural 'diversity' in Governance(Legislature,Judiciary,Administration) and in Private Institutions (Reliance, Infosys etc) in India.
Government should implement 'reservations' in Judiciary and in Private Institutions as per Caste and Religious Census in India.
1. 52% of Judges should be from OBC. 2. 29% Judges should be Dalits and Tribals. 3. Remaining Judges should be from other castes.
I wonder: How is that in the US blacks are able to do well and even excel without any reservations for them in schools, colleges and in public employment. Mind you, their forefathers were brought as slaves and were the worst marginalised people, but their future generations are able to do well in freedom and open competition. Second, how is that Muslims are able to do well in the UK and in France, who are a sinigicant minority over there, without the law giving them any special minority privileges as in India. So what does India prove to itself and to the world, with all its favoured treatment to a part of its people, when that favoured treatment for over fifty years has not uplifted the favoured groups?

Its better if you don't vote for such parties who divide people by reservations.. middle class doesn't vote and thats the reason they are ignored

Blacks have reservation. It is called Affirmative Action in USA. And yes they excel because of that.

Rajagopalan is right. A person should be bestowed with the benefit of reservation only once in his life. Because, once he enters somewhere, he is on par with others. Now we have persons always living on the basis if reservation - for 2, for B.Tech, then for PG, then for job, then for promotions ......... His brothers, sisters, wife, children .... all get this benefit, and once they get a good job, they forget where they came from, and do nothing for their community. Reservation should be extended to only 1 person in a family; that way more number of families will get a chance for upliftment.
Perhaps this will create a furore; but why does the govt. not apply reservation for selection to the armed forces or the Indian cricket team? Let there be a rule that OBC need run only 50M in a 100 M sprint, or that they need bowl only 3 balls in an over.
