Congress does not want to provide good education, will not try to create more employment, do not want farmers to work hard, had no interest to bring backward people into main stream. All it wants to do is- keep people BPL, devide the society with casts and reservations, provide rice at less price(Only less than 50% of it will reach to BPL), give stipend to unemployed... So, that BPL guys can work for one month and stay home rest of the year and remain happy to be in BPL(They can get enough rice for a year).Support people to remain unemployed(easy way to earn stipend), put people to fight baased on casts (so, that congress can get some issues to speak). These guys are simply disturbing the society. Even BJP is not great. This is the time to wake up and decide whom to vote.
Give all free arrack toddy on festival days Mutton Chicken with wiskey. Douse entire nation with it.Make every body lazy, waiting for free rice & ration. Give yearly once free film tickets.If it clicks next election give free FM radios, arrange discos, cigars, make all citizens happy at any cost. Jai Hind.

BJP's long term ally, Shiv Sena in Maharashtra similarly targets North Indians. In the intial stages of their political history, ironically they targeted South Indians but during the Aydhoya period, switched to Muslims as they thought there was better political capital to be made.
Like rivers switching their course, these divisive parties switch their targets. It could be Muslims one day and one can say it does not concern me as I'm not Muslim. They then turn to North Indians we say it does not concern us as we are not North Indians. Suddenly they start targeting you because you are either a Kanndiga or Tamilian and the reality hits home. The worst are those who have mixed parentage. In this Hogenakkalissue, thousands of offsprings whose parents are Tamil & Kanndiga are left extremely distressed.
If you still not one of them, don't worry. Tomorrow, these same parties will target you on the basis of your caste.It is time to show Divisive parties, may it be BJP, Muslim League or BSP their place- throw them into the Bay of Bengal!

The Hogenakkal drinking water supply scheme is being implemented by Tamil Nadu on the basis of a No Objection certificate by the Centre. The NOC was issued by the Centre on September 21, 1998 after convening a meeting of both the States on June 29, 1998. At the meeting, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka had agreed not to object to drinking water supply schemes as long as the State concerned utilised water from its allocated share.
The then Karnataka Chief Minister J.H. Patel of JD(S) - former ally of BJP had been the signatory to the NoC.
This is the reason why in this whole tamasha the JD(S) is quiet.
The BJP, Tamil Nadu unit and its ally, AIDMK (both entered into an alliance agreement for the coming polls in Karnataka) spearheaded the opposition pressure on Karunanidhi to react. The BJP, Karnataka meanwhile is trying to milk the issue to gain votes. Rascals

Lingayats claim that they abolished caste system and yet they are the most casteist in India. All other communities must adopt tactical voting to defeat Lingayat (BJP) rule - vote any party well placed to beat Lingayat (BJP) candidate in any constituency. Make BJP forfeit deposit. Last time BJP forfeited deposit in 42 seats. This time we can aim to triple it

- The Congress attracted maximum applicants per constituency - there are virtual stampede of applicants. The JD(S) the least. - The Congress still attracts maximum defections. The JD(S) none at all. In fact, it looks that the sheep is deserting the JD(S) lock stock and barrel.
In 2004 Lok Sabha elections the BJP won more than half the seats but could not repeat the same performance for the Assembly elections. Among reasons was that in the Lok Sabha, the stature of Vajpayee came into play and not the likes of local politicians.
On basis of these pointers, the Congress seems favorites to win the elections especially with the base of the JD(S) disintegrating. The return of SM Krishna consildates the Vokkaliga vote bank behind Congress.
There is high possibility of non-Lingayata communities adopting tactical voting agaties against the BJP. These include Vokkaligas, Muslims and other religious minorities, linguistic minorities, particularly Tamils, SCs and STs
A word of caution. These pointers however remain pointers - maybe unreliable as opinion and exit polls. It could be misleading as there is over a month to voting day. A single event can change electors mood.
