Feed a man a fish for a day and he wont be hungry for a day. Teach a man how to fish and he wont be hungry for his life.
These politicians will promise anything to come to power. 1st thing, such promises will only make people more lazier and will grow a dependent attitude in them. Second thing, they will come to power with such promises and they never fulfil them.

If you teach a man how to fish he will not be hungry for the life and he will never come back and suck up to you :) so always give him a fish so that tomorrow he will come back again ask for help.
this old formula of congress will not work. the ppl of karnatake are more matured from the same past experiences. they will teach such greedy politicians a lesson
Already Tamil Nadu got spoiled because of these promises. I am not sure what is the use of TV without Job. If they promises to start Industries in Backward areas to enable the people to get Job, it is acceptable. They are making the people Beggars and they want them to be like this forever. I don't know where India is going towards.
