Whose money are they spending on color TV's??????? People/ party money???????????? Same question goes to TN govt...... rice is agreeable since its one of the basic requirement........ What about color TV.
Congress will fool us again & they will come back to power because good percentage of voters are fools. Congress is having more than 100 years of experience in making us fools and other parties are still learning.

Code of conduct bans distribution of cash or kind to receive votes? It is even more immoral to drain the state revenue this way than to pour money out of the party funds
Congress---Loot the state treasury!!! Come to power, hand over some suitcases to Sonia, prepare for next elections, shout some irrelevant slogans, increase loan waivers....
