Cast is taking a big play in subcontinent.See karnataka election compeign, now fight between bjp-congress is predicted by politician as fight between hindu-muslim religous identity.Even low earner never get election ticket on any religeon , only powerfull money holder only contest and party will give ticket to those who is rich, actually here real fight between rich and middle class societies.
How could you say that he is an innocent? Have we ever seen the trail room for him. We shouldnt defend a murder or a criminal, even if he is a brother. Defend only innocent, because they deserve the life. I would put it in this way NO Terrorist should be released out of the jail once captured, if proved guilty. Whether they should be hanged or should be imprisoned for life, that is one of the issues which can be discussed and negotiated on humanitarian ground.

He is a case of mistaken identity. No Indian indulges in terrorist acts in Pakistan except those who have joined jehadi groups. My only fear is that if he is freed - he will start claiming to be a RAW agent so as to extort money from the government.

We need Burney like people in both of our country. Hope two nation will be friendly nation soon.
Mr.Burney backed by the newly elected Mr.Gilanni,the PM and the entire parliamentarians can do wonders to improve Indo-Pak relations which have been unneccassirily spoiled by politicians in the past.While celebrated cricketers,singers,actors,musicians can come to India freely and make millions, why not common citizens and tradesmen? Best of luck to citizens of both the countries.
Mr.Burney sir, we thank you for the extraordinary effort to save indians in pak jails. I pray GOD that your effort must result in very close relationship between these two countries and visaless travel for the citizens.
This Mr. Burney is an interesting man who can do a lot for India-PAk relations it seems to me. Very different from the usual hard-headed Pak politicians who almost never concede anything.

India & Pak both should release Prisoners of War. but I won't suggest to release Terrorist who captured by COP OR militery in recent years.these anti-social element should be Hanged. we don't request pakistan Govt to release if one who arrested in a charges of Terrorism & anti-social elements.
