Legally parents have no say/right in the marriage, if done without their consent. Why parents are harrassed later on and how many times, they are to give proof of their non-involvement. Since it is a case of Muslim vs. Hindu, it have become a national issue for judiciary also at public cost.

I am agree with you that tamil of srilanka is being oppresed by sri lankan regime. even I can support seperate mother land for tamils in srilanka but I fear getting srilankan land , tamil ealam will try hard to capture our state tamil nandu. seeing present poltics of Tamil nandu we should not support to lette, but we should pressuresie to srilankan goverment to give equal right to tamil of sri lanka Jai Hind, jai Bharat
