Muslims of Xinjiang was not issue..
by Ikisswonderland on May 20, 2008 12:37 PM  Permalink

.. issue is only about freedom to Tibetiens. Why are you piggy back proposing the muslim angle, if they want let them struggle for it.. no need to hand over the credit or anything. India we were OK to cut open our hearts for the loosers & handed Pakistan and Bangladesh over see whats become of it.. Don't malign a noble Tibetian cause !!

You should post it in Aamir Khans blog
by Postwala on Apr 13, 2008 11:04 PM  Permalink

You should post it in Aamir Khans blog and check if the guy really is worth it at all or is he just another half baked socialist without understanding the gist of liberalism.

Letter of Mr. B. Raman
by SREENATH KAKADASAM on Apr 11, 2008 11:00 AM  Permalink

Mr. B. Raman, congratulations. You have written a very good letter. I hope it has some impact on the persons to whom it is meant. At this juncture, I wanted to inform about a tiny bit of news which I had read many years ago when the Chinese invaded Tibet and took over the land. You know at that time we had Pt. Jawarlal Nehru as the PM and Mr. Krishna Menon as the defence Ministry. When the aggression took place, India played a passive role and our defence Minister Mr. Menon made a comment "why bother about that land where not a single piece of grass grows" This is how they thought of the Tibet. It was very unfortunate that India was a passive audience to the whole incident. We should have helped the people when they were being driven out of their land. But it is too late to think of that and we can do nothing. I pray (as some one has written "Satya Meva Jayathe") that people of Tibet get their land back and live happily.

Very well written...
by sana aftab on Apr 10, 2008 08:27 PM  Permalink

Dear Mr.Raman, it was very nice to see there are people who actually reason out things so comprehensively. No doubt about the fact that Indian govt still functions on the basis of vote bank politics, but your article made me think there is still hope for us.
A very sensitively written piece!

It was a great pleasure reading your letter.
Issues you have raised any sensible person will be convinced.

but these stars are hardly more than advertisements in themselves.

Even if he joins or not torch ceremonies lets leave. Fault is with us who made these people God.

See I believe that Tibet revolution will win as SATYA MEV JAYTE. EVEN IF 1 OR MORE STARS JOINS TORCH CEREMONY OR NOT.

Some body pls send this letter to Amir khan.
by bihari babu on Apr 10, 2008 12:09 AM  Permalink

I have not written any leter but if some body can send my this letter to Amir Khan. Would be great.
Dear Amir,
Bollywood has mislead, fooled people of india for long time. Giving them sexy dressed heroine, hero killing 100 people with his 2 hands only. As a result indian masses started living in fantasy world. They lost touch to reality. They forgot that in real life its important to serve, work hard, create best school, hospital, foot path, roads, park to serve ourselve and soceity. We became poor third world nation. Also like hollywodd our movies failed to teach humbleness and sesitivity to othe human being. to respect ''needs and rights of others''. Westner movies have a lot to offer thats why westen nations are richer than us.because they inspired people for ''goodness''.
can u make some movies like that without songs and sexy figure heroine, which push indians to have just more sex and produce more children. without realising the responsibilty.
Thank you for your greatness you have shown in making some good movies.
God bless you sir.
jai hind.
