Sorry, boss. Your logiv should be reverse. they could hit you and you'll never even know. Anyways, for the size of your brain, you put in a pretty decent effort.

Anyway, history (and the Encyclopaedia Brittanica) says Dravidians are real Indians and they had good urban planning and democracy etc. Maybe they stopped developing for the last 1000 years. Still stuck there.

This guy seems to be suffering from serious inferiority complex, that he takes solace in issues as stupid as skin color. And being an Indian, he seems to be the only one having issues with being dark, insulting a billion Indians. Even if this guy is a 'fair&lovely' white guy, and if he were anywhere in US or Europe, will he be called 'white'? If he is anything close to that qualifies him as white, the only possibility is his mom had something to do with a touring european.

Karnataka is known for Information Technology, Telecom and Bio Technology.
Tamil land is known for Lungi/Banian, Fire crackers and automobiles

Kannadigas are smart. Tamils are dumb laborers.

Kannadigas smart? My Kannada friend says he is angry with Tamils because they dominate the IT industry in Bangalore. Wondering why if Kannadigas are smart, they don't form a major force in IT. I myself have been to Bangalore a couple of times, and noticed that most people from autowalas to IT bigwigs, all seem to be Tamils. Bangalore real estate is run by Telugu speaking Reddys. The west coast is all Konkanis, Tulus, and Coorgis. North of Karnataka is dominated by Marathis, who seem to prefer Bombay and Pune, rather than Bangalore. So, where are the Kannadigas and what are they doing, if they are SMART ?

Tamil Nadu is crossing the limits
by k p on Apr 04, 2008 07:51 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Tamil Nadu and its regional political parties are ruining the harmony of Indian life. When it comes to Sethu Project - they challenged the existence of Lord Rama and his disciple Hanuman. Tamil Nadu CM went to the extent of asking - from which Engineering college Hunumanji graduated to build a Sethu? He went on to say that Lord Ram was a selfish drunkard!! Minister Balu ensured that all Railway projects went to TN. In that proces he also ensured that Kerala & Karanataka were denied of their share of Railway-developments. When it comes to Cauvery issue, they are not thinking of a tripatriate solution between, TN, Karnataka & Kerala. Instead they want a monopoly! They went to Supreme Court! TN does not want a peaceful solution. They want to flex their muscle with its neighbor. In the case of Mulla Periyar, even though the river not even an Interstate river, they want to control Kerala and want all the waters of that river without a scant respect for the people of Kerala. Now, TN even blocking Kerala's effort to build a dam in their State to save the life of people under threat of the age old Mulla periyar dam. TN tried to tame Kerala by denying movement of essential commodities from TN to Kerala and made Kerala's life difficult. Now it is the turn of new dam across Karnataka's river without even consultation with Karnataka. This rude behavior and muscle flexing of TN must be stopped. I think, Karnataka needs help from the Centre to deal with TN.

This guys arguments are all over the place. To bolster his weak argument, he brings in TN CMs comments on unrelated issues. Pathetic. And he seems to be a Keralite, using the TN-KA conflict to vent his emotions on TN.

A few bullshits from him passage:
Karnataka's river ?
If Karnataka can build the KRS dam across a river inside their border, TN has its rights to build a dam or power plant within its border. I don't see why TN should consult KA for this ? Its the reason why many states suggest nationalization of rivers.

Why can't Karnataka accept the verdict by Cauvery tribunal or the Supreme court.

I am a Tamil and am not against any kannadigas or the Karnataka farmers.

While I do not support the selfish Tamil politicians like Karunanidhi or Jayalalitha. Why Karnataka does not obey to the verdict of the central tribunal or Supreme court.

it is all politics .........
by Konga on Apr 04, 2008 07:06 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Well to start with I am from karnataka and here are my views on this. This is purely a political stunt nothing more...nothing will come out of this...as you see on TV now...both SM Krishna and MK has softened their stands now and it will be settled in few weeks...

what is the impact - SM Krishna will be shown as a hero...what a political comeback...hell with these guys..

These guys should understand that poor people will get affected by these stunts....these nuts have police cover all the time and nothing will happen to them...attacking buses, farm houses, movie theaters....phew....are we in 21st century?

honestly, i myself don't know what exactly Hogenakkal issue? I am sure many folks who come here and abuse people around belong to same category...

Media- they are the first one to give a coverage on Riots..will they ever try to understand real issue and try to educate us? nope..

Surely, we aren't worth of democracy....shame on us...we always fought... we are fighting...we will keep fighting...

In simple words - IT IS DISGUSTING....

You are right (nija kanree).

It is just the crucked design of congress high caommand. This whole episode is neately masterplanned by UPA. Karnataka elections are just near by. This impact will change the scenario of voters being pro-BJP, now slowly turns to congress, otherwise there is no chance for congress win. Many foolish voters thinks if Krishna becomes CM then he can solve the issue and vote! so congress again.... Poor Karnataka.. Same India..... Great Democracy!!

When some one asks me to prove that my community is better than theirs..I would say %u201CF off please%u2026Who cares abt my ancestors%u2026I cant keep tom-toming abt their achievements. I have to prove my worth on this planet. Their acheievements don%u2019t belong to me%u201D. People here are listing the celebrities, nobel laureates, padmashri awardees, jnanpith awardees, sportsperson, etc of their community%u2026Come on guys !! The names mentioned do not care abt u guys..All we can do is get inspiration from them and try to succeed in our lives. 2 tamilian nobel laureates means nothing to a tamilian%u2026.Those 2 ppl fought against all the odds and came up in life. Take that as inspiration and try to make ur life meaningful.
There is a lot of poverty in KA%u2026the govt cares a damn abt that. How many farmers committed suicide in the northern KA fields? Who cares? Corruption is all-time high in the govt offices of both the states. Who cares? Primary education may reach 40% of the kids in both the states. Who cares?
