Karanataka Poll Dates - Congress and Allies will win
by jamsheed abumohammed on Apr 02, 2008 05:35 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Poll dates have been announced for next Karnataka Elections slated in May.Congress which is ready and strengthened by the arrival of the tall leader of Karnataka,Mr.Krishna,is all out to snatch a victory over BJP and Gowdas. People of Karnataka are tired of the politics played by both BJP and JD(S) led by Gowdas.Combined, they gave a most inefficient Govt in years in Karnataka.During the period of their rule, there was no development activity except enrichment of the politicians with scams every where reported. The bickering between these two BJP and JD(S)finally ended in a showdown that brought down one day old Ministry of BJP. The dream of BJP of making a foot hold in the South would remain as the dream as the people of Karnataka would vote overwhelmingly the Congress and its allies in the next hustings. It is for sure that the Gowdas and BJP would be sent packing as the Congress and allies are all likely to sweep the poll with two third majority. Muslims, Christians and even Dalits are solid behind Congress and allies.Upper caste already with Congress, it is likely that Congress would form the next govt and give stability to the State which is missing.Cheers would again come to the people of Karnataka as Krishna will bring back the same magic that saw karnataka reaching its peak in IT revolution. It is for sure that the old image of a secular state would come back to Karnataka when Congress sweeps the poll in May. It would also bring peace in the region as Krishna see it.

i m a reporter n i also believed that jds would not win but when i went around with kumarswamy with his jaitre yatre n intelligence repot's say that jds will get 81 seats bcz of anti incubency factor of conress n bjp.
ultimately kumaranna will rule the state for next 5 years with help of samajwadi party n independent's n will reach the magic figure 113.
next is bjp with 59 seats n last is conress with 48 seats.
only who khw's deve gowda's mpolitics will understand my opinion. bcz he has made an ordinary party worker as leader. jds is strong in hassan ,mandya, bangalore rural, belgaum, chickmangalore, shimoga.
this time heavy weights like m.p prakash,siddaramiah,schindia,d.k.shivkumar will be deafeated by jds. bcz kumarswamy will spend money like water.he is a challenger.

Gujurat worse than Bihar before Modi came? Economically Gujurat was always within the top 3 states. Maybe Bihar had more gays than when Modi burst into the scene into Gujurat?

The Hogenakkal drinking water supply scheme is being implemented by Tamil Nadu on the basis of a No Objection certificate by the Centre. The NOC was issued by the Centre on September 21, 1998 after convening a meeting of both the States on June 29, 1998. At the meeting, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka had agreed not to object to drinking water supply schemes as long as the State concerned utilised water from its allocated share.

The then Karnataka Chief Minister J.H. Patel of JD(S) - former ally of BJP had been the signatory to the NoC.

This is the reason why in this whole tamasha the JD(S) is quiet.

The BJP, Tamil Nadu unit and its ally, AIDMK (both entered into an alliance agreement for the coming polls in Karnataka) spearheaded the opposition pressure on Karunanidhi to react. The BJP, Karnataka meanwhile is trying to milk the issue to gain votes. Rascals
