The local police had 'handled' the case thoroughly before handing over to CBI, so that even if the CBI wants they are not going to find the real culprits.
1) Nithari case unsolved. clean chit given to Pandher when everone knows he is guilty.
2) Bofors case unsolved...everyone knows congress hand in this scam.
3) 1984 anti sikh pogrom . No progress. even statements against Tytler and corrupt congress netas not taken or reporting that witness is untraceable when witness is openly saying he is alive in US and living to a private TV channel.
why ppl are misinterpretating my opinion? i never say that criminals should be spared. they should be punished. but at the same time one more lesson should be learnt by our so called "liberal minded" ppl. think carefully. every man is provoked by skimpily dressed women. no matter how strongly we detest the culprits we all "admire" female body however secretely. this is natural. even vishwamitra, the great saint, could not continue his worship in the presense of menaka. so, if one says there is nothing wrong if a lady is weaing less clothes and showing off and drinking in public, then he must re-think. she is giving birth to many a crimes (however these may not be committed on her but on some other lady). provocation is wrong. rape is a probable consequence of that. even if the criminal is punished, we lose.

so by accident if u see ur sis or mother when they are changing their clothes do u rape them n justify it. u have to get civilized according to the modern world. dont give examples of history 1000 yrs back.
how can people even think of justifying the rape and murder of the girl by putting the blame on her and her mother? i know a lot of people are out there just to make fun , but then is it not sickening that u r making fun of a dead person more importantly a guest to ur nation. Its expected if the pakis are doing that, but if an Indian is commenting like that, then there is no point in criticising the arab countries for their treatment of women.V despite all the education(assuming u r literate enough to type a message) are worse. Shame on All!!PLEASE STOP IT!!
Handing over to the CBI? Can anybody tell whether CBI free from political interference? In fact, so many murder cases under CBI have been faulted and influenced by people in power. There is no investigating agnecy in India who can handle such cases in honesty. Why all these displays of mock-honesty?
There is a lot of concern if an Indian dies ...anywhere ...be it Goa or any other place. The outrage and the need for justice is the same ..if a murder/rape is committed against an Indian or against a foreigner...take for instance the Jessica Lal case. It is just that the media have an incredibly powerful role in deciding how long the public discussion will continue... the statistics show that 100 or so foreigners die every year in Goa ..either murdered or die of an drug overdose.. you don't find this kind of coverage, do you?
And finally, Goa is a wonderful place and the people are just as wonderful(no, I am not Goan) ... I find your title distasteful.
