Stop this nonsense
by Intrepid on Apr 03, 2008 12:36 AM  Permalink

Dear TamiLians and Kannadigas,

Please resolve this issue amicably. We have too many reasons to divide our soceity on the basis of caste, Religion, State, Language etc.

EVEN IF YOU make each state a separate country, as suggested by some of the readers, we will still keep fighting on the basis of caste or region within each state. e.g. In Bihar they have Yadav Sena and Ranvir Sena, In Maharshtra Vidarbha wants to become a separate state, Bundelkhand in UP. We have seen Khalistan movement in Punjab. Keeping cool heads and resolving all the issues through negotiations is the only solution.

Bravo!! keep fighting my Indian brothers. Biharis Vs Marathis, Marwaris Vs Bengalis, Assam Vs Biharis, Nagaland Vs Biharis, Kannadiga vs Tamil, Telangana Vs Rayalseema, Vidarbha Vs Rest of Maharashtra, Telugu Vs Kannadiga (on Almati dam), Marathis Vs UP Bhaiyyas, Delhi vs UP & Bihar (on ID cards), Punjabi Sardars Vs Harayana Jats. We should form teams to fight with each other and label each team like they do it in USA (Detroit Lions, Seattle Seahawks etc). Our names would be Jai Shivaji Marathis, Lathi & Bhaisa Biharis, Ganga Kinara Bhaiyyas. Please suggest more name so we could form a IFL (Indian Fight League), auction teams and make millions of $$.

Who told you he is a "nice person"?

He is from Kongriss party!

We are facing all these problems because of this disgusting Kongriss party which continued using the British model of administration to rule India complete with the divide-and-rule part!!

I like this term IFL (Indian Fighting League) !!!!

Lets use this term everywhere from now onwards - for any comments on rediff news or on any user response here. Wherever we see Indians fighting like this, we can ask them to join IFL.

Don't worry Kavi-THA, your suggestion is going to become a reality!

But it won't be due to regionalism. It will be due to the population. We have become too "obese" and we will have to split if we have to survive!

This good-for-nothing Kongriss party will ensure that this happens in the next 40 years or sooner!!

Appeal to our brothers.
by chandrasekar Gnanasambandam on Apr 03, 2008 12:17 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The regional feeling is something that i dont understand and will never understand.

Water!!!

- If a man cant do farming just because he doesnt have water and dies/commits suicide for the same reason. Where does regional feeling come in here?

Appeal- As a human being wont you try to save them. Why does anyone need to take a bias look at things? what is applicable for a person in one state is applicable for one in the other.

Lets share what we have and feel good. Trying to have it all will only lead to problems.

you are talking sense but you are fogetting the fact that you are living in one of the poorest countries in the world. You can see in your every day life in any city how poor people living in slums are fighting among themselves for every thing. India is one big slum in the world and here people belive in fighting among themselves for every thing, be it religion, water, jobs, reservation in jobs etc.
