I will request both of my south indian nations to solve the issue based on International law of reparian used in water flow. Did you ever find india Pakistan fight over water?. ( Thourgh they fight on so many other issues) . Involve UNO if needed

As far I am aware thier is no water issue between maharstra & north
1) Kannadiagas will ask all rivers around the world shd be connected to Cauvery.
2) Kannadiagas will ask america, canada and england shd be connected to Kannada state otherwise these high intelligent kannadigas stop broadcasting english channels in Karnataka if they do like that foreiners whoever is there in their country can't see english channels.
