I have heard that there is a (PIL) against Sonia and her family Using the Name Tag "Gandhi" as it mistakenly evokes the feelings associated with "Mahatma Gandhi",thereby "fooling the People of India since these people do not follow any of the values of the Great Leader of yore? Can Someone Enlighten me on this further?

A protest and fast is being planned at New York against Sonia Gandhi representation for International Non-Violence day at United Nations on Oct 2nd Mahatma Gandhi%u2019s birthday. The protest will take place on Oct 2nd in front of UN (47th St & 1st Ave) from 12-2 PM. The fasting will take place in Union Square in front of Gandhi statue from 10-6. Additonal details are available at http://gandhiheritage.org. A bus will be arranged from Edison, NJ. Volunteers are welcome for fasting and for organizing buses from different areas.
The recent UN declaration of Mahatma Gandhi birthday as International Non-Violence day at India%u2019s request is commendable. However instead of true Gandhians who lived there life based on Gandhi ji%u2019s ideals representing this day at UN, politicians like Sonia Gandhi are using his name for political mileage and international legitimacy. The alarming threat Sonia poses to democracy of India, corruption & fraud since entering India, dividing India for purpose of dynasty rule, crusade to wipe out Hinduism is opposite to all what Mahatma Gandhi stood for.
Sonia is unrelated to Gandhi in blood. In thought, word and deed, what she stands for is direct contradiction to what Mahatma Gandhi stood for. Mahatma Gandhi was an embodiment of Truth. Why dont u put the surname Gandhi and check wether u can fool people then its true. F off.
It seems that, We indians like more foriegn rule than a our own ruling. If we see the history from arab invasion to british colanisation and now ITALIAN ruling. it is very clear.
We like more white skin at the top than an brown skin!!.

Believe it or not, many exceptionally Good/Bad Leaders were often from outside the Community. eg MGR the earlier CM of TN was not a born "Tamilian" Hitler was an Austrian Alberto Fujimori(the recently Convicted President of Peru)was a Japanese born in Peru Advani was born in Lahore Sonia in Italy Pervez Musharaff in Mumbai and so on ..

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Due to severe pressure from Christian land mafia group in Kerala headed by Kerala Congress (J) the state cabinet today decided to transfer Idukki District Collector & one of the honest & committed IAS officer ever seen in Kerala Raju Narayana Swamy to Pathanamthitta.
Swamy was among the three-member special squad selected by V.S Achuthanandan to carry out the eviction drive in Munnar.
The other two members, Special Officer K Suresh Kumar and IG Rishi Raj Singh have been already moved out of the squad due to similar pressure from Christians land mafia group.
Narayana Swami, the middle class Iyer from Changanassery, known for taking on political and other heavies like few IAS officers would dare, has remained a pariah for most parties in Kerala%u2019s two political halves.
