The biggest criminals are who protect criminals. Here comes our Police force, our elected Politicians and witnesses who find themselved so weak and coward to speak out. Police force is corrupted with money and Politicians are vote & power hungary, they are the one keep these criminals under their wings all the time. It's time to 'Wake up India', make public organizations that are real people's voice and strong enough to confront these 'rich criminals'.
It seems that girl was better in house - being SAFE. Today being educated and earning women, we women are being exploited and molested by idotic men who have lost their senses. Why there is no protection?? I think such criminals are psychic. They should be hang till death.
Happening in the Country's capital. Pathetic situation. The culprits should be caught either hanged in public or the penies severed to show to the world that this would be punishment for rape in India.
I dont udnerstand why men consider girls as their property. I pray to Lord, that these three victims should be punshied as harshly as possible. These people doesnt deserve to live life. Murder is one time suffering but rape is whole life time suffering for a girl. Delhi is getting worse and worse, there is no law and order. No body is there to understand that Women condition is getting worse. Do women have any place to work? Or are we going back to past years where women should be in house as they are much safer over there?

ACTUALLY HALF OF OUR SOCIETY IS WESTERN & HALF IS LIVING IN OLD STYLE.SO THIS THING CLASHES & SUCH INCIDENTS HAPPEN. THIS IS DUE TO THE DIFFERENCE OF LIVING STANDARDS, DISCRIMINATION & VERY HIGH ECONOMIC GROWTH. BUT LAW & ORDER IS IN POOR SHAPE.
SO I PRAY GOD TO SAVE INDIA OTHER WISE IT WILL BE HELL TO LIVE IN INDIA.........

Yeah I agree. They should impose the Sharia (Islamic law) in India. I am all for it. Reason is given below.
Under Islamic law, rape can only be proven if the rapist confesses or if there are four male witnesses. Married Women who allege rape, without the benefit of the act having been witnessed by four men are punished in Islamic courts as adulterers (death by Stoning). So Rape is virtually impossible to prove under Islamic law (Sharia). Usually the man claims that the act was consensual sex and she started acting like this because he refused to give her money after having sex.
The Qur'an Establishes that: a woman's testimony is worth only half that of a man's in court (Sura 2:282). Why did they not bring four witnesses of it? But as they have not brought witnesses they are liars before Allah. (Sura (24:13)
The background for the Qur'anic requirement of four witnesses to adultery is in the hadiths. Muhammad's favorite wife, Aisha, was accused of cheating [on her polygamous husband]. Three witnesses corroborated the event, but Muhammad did not want to believe it, and so established the arbitrary rule that four witnesses are required. (From the Hadith: Sahih Bukhari 5:59:462)
