India won because of contribution by people like gambhir and pathans ( just few examples ) our players are winning because of high sporting spirit. hence religion should not come in to picture and there is no point in 2 communities fighting on this issue

Shoaib's statement is regrettable indeed. Indian Muslims will be a very disturbed lot indeed as a lot goes into the effort every Muslim in India takes to prove otherwise at every juncture. What exactly Shoaib had in mind what he said needs clarifications. We are true Indians no matter what religion we subscribe to was aptly displayed by our team as well as the celebrations in India. Majority in Pakistan will also be very disturbed with his statement for sure. Indians need not and should not be too disturbed as defeat can make many a sound mind disturbed to the point of taking solace in unhealthy statements. Its a learning lesson to all of us.
It was the words of Mr. Malik during the presentation ceremony has hurt the very spirit of sport and cricket. He thanks only the people of Pakistan (certainly no issues abou this) and only the MUSLIMS AROUND the world for supporting Pak cricket team. Did he played cricket for Musilm-purpose or he played for Pakistan. This narrow-minded immature thinking by a Captain is certianly a fuel to many criminals and crimes not just in Jammu Kashmir but also in all parts of India.
Why are the matured, balanced and world-citizens in the media sitting quiet and not mincing a word against such hatredness by Pak captain?

dear pradeep bhai.. i fully support u n poruri for this.. statements of mohammad shoaib shows how sick n narrow the mindset of pakistanis are... religion is a personal matter n what cricket has to do with religion. let them die with their terrorists n religion.. we dont care.. they are trying to conceal their defeat behind religion... anyway, we are proud of our indian team n its young boys.. this is the youth power of india.. we are proud of gambhir, r p singh, pathan brothers, rohit sharma, yuvraj singh, dhoni, joginder sharma, bhajji, sreesanth, robin uthappa n each member of the indian team n excellent venkatesh prasad, robin singh n support staff for contributing to the team's victory n giving their 100 %. my salute to great team spirit... my salute to india...
