affidavit is deliberate or not, theIndian Express, Delhi dt. 16th reports about an interview with Shri Gopalsubramaniam, wherein it is said - Asked whether the affidavit along with the objectionable references were prepared by his office, the ASG told Express, "Not true". "Tthe affidavit was a result of inputs from all concerned. It was a team effort. We worked nights continously to arrive at the document," he said. This speaks volumes to establis that the affidavit is deliberate and intentional.
For some people RAM is God/Avatar although except for the Sri Vaishnavas no other Hindu Sect beleives in GOD taking Human forms. Infact the Vedas do not mention RAM.
For some people RAM is a Mariyadha Purusham, the Ultimate Hero and Man and a God-King a historical figure. In this case, Govewrnment should fund more money into this research.
For some people, Ram is a myth. A literary figure of Valmikis imagination (Karunanidhi fololowed this). If this is what hurt the sentiments of people, Karunanidhi should clarify and apologise for the hurt (not his beleif).
Many scholars has written thesis and they has proved that Ram was the mythilogical character. However, Indians are more attached with emotinal devotion towards Ram, it was not popularised among majority of the north Indians. Among Tamils, he was not considered as equal to God. Sadhus and fanantics must understand that Tamils also respect religious beliefs. However, we are aganist using Ram to earn money, capture authority, blind people, and enslave downtrodden. Every one has freewill to express their own views on God. Tamil literature and devotional songs questioned God himself. We do not follow BLINDLy anything and everything.

We do not need certificate from you for existence of RAMA. RAMA is symbol of ideal person. Why are you eager to say he did not exist. When did you checked your DNA with your parents, do not follow anything BLINDLY. Fake name, Fake people, fake comments. Check your own purpose of existence rather than certifying something which beyond your thought process.

Hi EP, if you have gutts to tell that christ is a myth and Mohammed is a myth. the next day you will loose your life. all fools are ready to comment on HINDUISM (or Hindu gods). put some commonsence to know there is no starting date for the Hindu civilization, like you have BC 9before christ or AD (after death of christ). sorry, I am not against Hinduism here but just thought of clarifying Sundaram that every religion has its pros and cons.
Its better we respect each religion and live in Peace. Dont believe politicians who may distract you or lead you into wrong path.

Ramayan does not preach Terrorism ,it never used to kill any civilian and so in Mahabhart. IT shows how a Kshatriyahas(reuling class) to follow rules and regulation.
