As life & death, Lord Ram is the Universal Truth. It does not matter whether we accept it or not. Threre are a lot of things which are not solved yet still we accept that. Scientists believe that in the universe there must be life not as humans but Aliens. But yet it has not been proved. still scientists believe there existence. Belief does not require proof.Lord Ram is the truth & truth is truth. In india we argue on the issue of Lord Ram whether He exist or not. Really it's matter of shame. Lets see what is going to happpen with Ram Setu. There is time for everything. There is time for KARUNANIDHI ALSO.

IF ALLAHA WANTED ISLAM TO BE SUPREME AND HE IS ALPOWERFUL HOW OCME THERE ARE 1 BILLION HINDUS AND 4 BILLION NON HINDUS IN THE WORLD ... IS ALLAHA SO WEAK .... IT IS BECAUSE HE LOVES ALL HUMAN AND NOT WHAT HAS BE TECHED TO YOU ...
If he were indeed a historical figure, ruling over a minor regional kingdom in Ayodhya, Ram would probably have been relegated to a footnote in a history of the region and forgotten. Ramayana is hardly evidence of a flourishing aircraft industry in the time of Ram. Here it becomes entirely a political question, completely independent of the issues of Ram%u2019s historicity or otherwise. One political party, when in power, sanctions the canal project with great fanfare; out of power it smells an opportunity to get rid of its present doldrums, rattle the government and create a popular wave in its favour. All it needs to do is to stage a few demonstrations and TV channels and newspapers lap them up. The Indian electorate has shown on several occasions that it is not willing to be swayed by issues of this nature. Remember the defeat of the BJP in the Hindi belt in the wake of the demolition of the Babri masjid? If the UPA government has the will to call the sangh parivar's bluff on Ram Setu, it could still go ahead with the project after satisfying the Supreme Court. But the government went down on its knees even as the first few pictures of a few score protestors appeared on the TV screens. It was Indian democracy at its worst.

Grant smith is not a xian he is a muslim. dont you see his concern for babri masjid.
Nothin is going to change by his writing absrurd things.
what ever is written in xian and islamic books have proof, because they have no author. they are not authentic.
but ramayana is written by the great saint of all times valmiki, in whose ashram mata sita stayed.
and Smoth's apathy is that the government cannot say anything about valmiki since he is the great saint of dalits and by saying anything their votes will be lost.
How come millions years back Bridge was required when we have no sign of civilisation beyond a few centuries and oldest would Indus valley civilisation. It is high time people have to think logically not politically because some parties are fooling and garning vote bank.

Dear management of Rediff.com do you thing you are doing your job by opening a message board. Rather it develops hatered amongst people. I guess you are not doing the job upto the mark. We are living in a secular state. though we have differences when there is a thing called india we unite. Now for the name of some politicians why you help the citizens to develop their hatered.

Near Trichy Main guard gate, adjacent to St. Joseph's college church, there is a Darha placed mid of road. This is one of thousands of such Darhas. Will one be allowed to be removed to clear traffic.

mY dEAR, hatred is being spread by politicians form their votes, and by nobody else.
