Can anybody tell where was the Jesus between age of 3 and 33... Ye... he was in India and learning Vedas here... Then he went to Mallech ... and taught some new stories by changing name of "Manu and Shraddha" to "Adam and Eve"... Its not a matter of whether he existed or not.It is a matter of faith and ram sethu is a symbol of this faith..so dont do this...and pls. dont think that no one could build bridges during that era....egyptians built hugre pyramids...so even this is possible...we dont even know the technolohy they had

Well who is karunanidhi to ask this?what is his credential to ask a holy Ram..in the first place?Is karuna an architect or civil engineer who built the (failed projects)veeranam hume pipes system to get water to chennai or the stinking coovam river project both consumed 100s of crores more benifiiting him.Now what is the staus of these mammoth projects though Jaya revived partly the Veeranam but coovum is stinking as ever and more?His clans and party kunjukal keep inhaling this plesant odour>??MK to raise one finger 4 are pointing towards himm..but he being what he is only make hay out of every thing for his personal gains.But how long? Bhagwan Ram 's Setu was actuallt floating (Remember the stones actually floated on water). But the present Ramsetu is not a floating one. We should carry out archiological test like Uranium 235 to discover the truth of the place.
We should not allow ourselves to be used by 2 teams of selfish politicians pulling from either sides in a rope competition.

the floating bridge was built more than 50000 thou years ago. Due to flow of water, natural disasters, sedimantation etc, may be it may not be a floating bridge today and may even seem as though it is a natural phenomenon.

Though we boast of our oldest culture, unfortunate part of it is that we interpret it in a wrong way for wrong things. Again, it is sad that we mix up and terribly confuse the millions of illiterates and semi-literates (and of course, some deceitful literates also)on culture, religion and belief against realities and facts of life. Coming to the controvery of Ram's existence, it is to be said that according to the Hindu Yuga calculations, if Ram was born, that would have happened before 68 lakhs years. Please see the stupidity of the belief which is even difficult to imagine especially with the fact that earliest civilisation known to mankind is just about 5000 old. Encashing on the superstition and innocent belief is to be considered as a treachery to the nation and constitutional provision should be there to punish those who indulge in such activities which may ruin the country. What is stupidity is lack of faith in us...why cant he have lived 68 lakh yrs ago..just becoz some scientist said so...and u beleive him...and not the scriptures...I am not saying blind belief is good...but we must accept we are not sure about everything...scientists keep changing their theories day after day....science is just starting to emerge in this era...and to say this is the only era...when science is there..is just as foolish a statement...so pls. dont be so one sided in ur thinking

Tathagata... what u r saying about xtianity upto some extent is true.... but u can call them Christendom (false xtianity) instead of true Xtianity.... what the churches and priests and popes are doing today or have done in the past is in sharp contrast to what was taught by Jesus or what is written in the Bible.... and abt conversion... yes giving money or other things to convert people is wrong... Christ never did that... infact at the time of his death, there were barely any followers...
talking about going to hell even the puranas say that.... check Vaman Puran 3:3 "Sukeshi asked the sages about the sinful deeds, which leads to hell. The sages replied- "People who condemn Veda, deities, Brahmins etc. go to hell. Those who don't believe in religious texts like Puraan etc. or those who cause obstacles in the accomplishment of Yagya or those who prevent a charitable man from giving donation also go to hell". Now what do u say???

Yes, that is the difference. It does'nt say that those who do not believe in Sanatana Dharma will not go to heaven.It only says that people who condemn Veda....... do not belive in religious texes like..... and cause obstacles. NO where it mentioned that the heaven is reserved only for the belivers of Sanatana Dharam.
In that case Did anyone prove that Ram really existed?
Why this fuss about a subject on which no one is having a sure and firm answer? Are we running short of issues and problems in India? Rather than trying to improve the lot of the living ones, we are madly going behind the mirages! Swami Vivekananda rightly said - We are religious fanatics.

Don't pick and choose from swami Vivekananda's teachings. He has said quite a positevely about hinduism, and many negative aspects of islam and chirstianity...especsially the missionaries.
Self made representatives of God? Do u see naked fundamentalism in the TEACHNGS of chirstinity and Islam? What about it? No chriticism? And u criticise hindus and their leaders who are primarily tring to fight against these actualy fanatics??? This is just a game to make hindus feel low and distract...SO THAT THE CONVERSION CONTINUES!!!
Go and read, the complete works of Vivekananad, read Aurbindo's work, read Chinmayam swamis work...idiot...don't come and try to be preachy with ur half cooked knowledge!!!

It is a known fact that Kerala Hindus are a spineless lot. They proclaim they are the MOST SECULAR in India, therefore, any insult heaped on the community is acceptable for them.
Yes Mr. Nair, we have no other job. We will take up any issue that concerns our religion. We shall try to unite Hindus as far as possible, no matter not even a beggar from the State of Kerala supports us.
There is a class of people who use religion to sell and always try to prove it's existence. They are very fearful if they loss their ground. But other kind of people are having lot of other work to do. They don't want to waste their valuable time to prove the existence of (??).

Listen... I am not from India. It is good that you people are talking about becoming a Developed nation by 2020. I respect your culture and heritage. I respect your hardworking nature... I appreciate your passion towards religion. But, in reality, is it all enough for you to transform India in to something that you dream of??
My wife happened to visit India recently. Government of India has spend millions on upgrading airports recently. No wonder they have been built with Worldclass infrastructure in mind. But, when it comes to maintenance, it is pathetic. You build something with great effort, but then, you do not maintain it to the level it should be. In short, your attitude towards maintaining a public asset is extremely poor. Sorry to say that, but it is true.
I travelled around some parts of Northern India a few years ago and was astonished to see the real beauty being tortured and tormented by poor maintenance.
Your passion for blind faith restraints you guys from developing. This project which I am said could be a very good economic boost for India is now being politicized with poor political motives and blind religios faiths.
You people seem to sway a lot when it comes to following myths.
