It is hightime we stopped this exercise in Futility and stop fooling the people of India. The UPA government is day dreaming if it believes (APPARENTLY IT DOES BELIEVE) that Pakistan is serious about the terror attacks in India. Pakistan will keep on harbouring the guilty and provide them safe havens to the terrorists.
Let us stop this CHARADE and take some concrete positive and aggressive action against Pakistan and Bangladesh to root out terrorism.

This is an international forum and this is visible of the google search within 48 hours.May I suggest that being an indian all of have a circle of responsibility no matter how bad the situation could be.One must not look like a fool in expressing the opinion or feelings which is hits at the very core aspect of pride and respect of a country.
To rename MKG as something as you have suggested you not only show lack of understanding of history but also the circumstances of how we respect him as the father of nation ,his leadership and the way we won our freedom .
Its very sad that you being an indian cant pride your heritage then what do you expect from terrorist who have nothing to respect at all ......,Its easy to say to your father what have you done for me .....but stand in his place and try to be a father with responsibilities and you will see what he has done for you ....the same anology applies here too.
My brother if you cant love your roots of origin then what can you expecet froma terrorist who has no origin to love.
Your writings are no different from the HATE INDIA campaign that is going on in ORKUT by anti social forces.
Please think before placing such ideas as to what image are you casting on yourself and your country .

Pride and respect of this country. Well, you wouldnt be replying to my so called senseless post incase you really have the pride. Period!
I still name him as Mohandas K G as i have the ability to think on my own and not simply and blindly follow what is concurred in the text books, or what is sorted out to be the most general opinion of people. And when it comes to understanding of the history, no one knows the FACTS, so i think Mohandas is a traitor of the nation from what i know, and you think that he is your so called father of the nation. No two can agree, so be it. Well, respecting your heritage comes only when you have the so called pride, which in anycase you dont seem to put up and get personal rather than discuss about the point in contention. We all live in an imperfect world, but that doesnt mean that you have to accept it and live it that way. Well, may be it is your gandhian thought.
And i would hate to comment on your other points as they are purely personal and have no point to make;.

No my friend I Would not reply .But I felt if I don%u2019t then it would be very wrong of me to silently read the kind of abusive context some of you guys have made it a habit on the rediff postings. I am not commenting on personal level but what I want to convey is you have every right to form your own opinion .But also be practical and rational and see that it does on factual knowledge.
We are not talking of a history that is 500 or 1000 years old by that of what is hardly 60 to 80 years old.Dont go by text books but go by logical and common sense reasoning.
There were various struggles by various leaders but who created the concept of nationalistic leadership and channelized the entire country as one???? If this had not happened then we would have got freedom but ended up as balkanized states and not as INDIA.
Name one single man other than Gandhiji who could wield such power of leadership and command of respect to make crores of people fight with a common cause of civil disobedience or quit India.
A man who stood for unity/peace/love and the world worships him as the prophet of this century while we the sons of this great country call him a traitor.....For WHAT????
You must do your research well before commenting like this which is absolutely shocking. The entire country is taught in schools to see him as the "father of nation%u201D WHY???? No one had the ability to do what this great man did!!! This Man gave us what we enjoy today as free mind .Please

hello fris. i dnt knw wht going on y whole world is in fight. Y whole world hate muslims. dnt u think we ourself make this world hell for ourselfs.we cant finish muslims frm the world nor muslims can finish.y we forgt our main ambition.we cant make world free frm muslims at present in every 5 people 1 person clime the faith of islam. so just imagen is it possible remove 1/3 frm world.we should stay we peace and let them also. every year 1million people convert to islam y i dnt knw. But i think there should be a reson tht people fastly accpeting islam insted of hindhu, sikh,christenty, jew, jain,and so own. i think islam religion is not wrong but some fool people do wrong on this branded name. insted of thinking abt others we should try to clean ourself ,we should through all evils of our own socity, our wrong thinkings, we should remove castisam frm our hinduisam and need to bring it up so people impresed on us our cultrue,
