its not possible for anyone to be in the bad books of america and its allies the european union, japan, south korea & taiwan and still enjoy prosperity.
the so called 9% growth rate in the republic of india is due to foreign investment & outsourcing from america. european union, japan, south korea (not from russia or china), the growth rate would return to 0.5% as in the nehroovian-socialist era and a poverty level of over 50% if investments & outsourcing are terminated.
I would still be very cautious before signing the deal. It may solve our short term goals but jepordise our long term aims. Why cant the people of India who would like this deal pushed think for one second that if the US can take 18 months to put it togeather then why havent we been given the same oppurtunity to exmine it. What may be good for the US may not be good for India. I would also like the deal to come through but not pushed through it.

why are you NOT so cautious in using your american inveneted computer, internet & operating system ?
the result of nehroovian socialsm and alliance with the soviets in clear black & white, resulting in the single largest poverty block in the world.

you pro-chinese, pro-pakkisthani scum...america has never attacked the republic of india, unlike china & pakisttan which are still officially at war with the republic of india.
everything you use is invented in america & the west - computers, internet, automobiles, electronics, movies, television, satellites, aeroplanes etc.
if you want to show your anti-western feeling, kindly boycott all the above products and go sit in your mud-hut in calcutta instead of emitting empty rhetoric.

History is witness those countries which allies USA after 2nd world war now become developed countries. Like Japan, UK, Australia, Germany, Newziland etc. And those countries which follows Russia are still undeveloped.Like India etc. Now ball is in India's court, India has to decide between hunger & poverty OR prosperity.

As long as your name is Jehan Mir it would be very difficut to trust your loyality to India. Kashmir is a fine example .
Yes, we are already delayed in certain technological upgradations comparing to our counterparts like China, Our democracy in still immature, discussing unwanted/unproductive issues instead of advancing towarads future. The time of landgrab or to rule over others has gone, time has come to beat others on economic and technological front.
It up to US to decide. They are major benfitiary of the deal. Their nuclear industry which is dying will get a market. US it self has not installed new nuclear plant scince last 17 years.
Europe all countries are de commisioning existing plants. But in India due to the PM who is lave of US and due to Cyber Babus we are so desperate for the deal and that too with HYDE.

Vinay Kumar Gupta , Dont be a fool. Both countries benfit from this deal. Nothing is one way traffic.(do you work for your employer free of charge?)All European countries are de commsioning ? WHERE IN THE WORL YOU GOT THIS INFO? MUST BE FROM CHINA. You just throw the name HYDE . Do you a clue about it? Do you know who is Hyde? Before you jump find out the fact. Mr.Manmohan singh is not stupid enough to sign a deal like this one. He is unlike your Communist leaders. Do you like CHINA instead of USA? Keep in mind we were attacked by China in 1962. Do you want that counrty as our BUDDY? Get a life.

Emran - get lost.
Granted there are certain pressures from usa to finish the nuke deal with india in a hurried manner but india need not bow down to every single whim of uncle sam. they want to set deadlines. let them. dont succumb to pressures. usa needs india to be on their side. it is quite evident from the changed stance of usa which reflects in the joint naval exercise and things which have never happened between india and usa. all i have to say is that india should not sign BEFORE completely weighing the pros and cons and making ABSOLUTELY sure that we dont end up making unwanted compromises with our national interest as well as soverignty.

There was a whole bunch of delegates that were just doing that with the US before coming to an agreement. Nobody opened their mouth when that was going on. Probably the murderous communists were hoping that the agreement will not go through and that China will not be affected. Now that the deal has gone they start talking about pros and cons. They were in the alliance of the ruling party, so are you saying they did not weigh the pros and cons when the negotiations were going on and the document was signed. What hypocrisy is that?
