On several counts Karunanidhi can be challened in court.
1) Practising bigamy : Hwe is legally wedded to Dayalu Ammal and has three sons . Alagiri , Stalin and one more . The other women is Rajathi Ammal - Kanimozhi his daughetr is through her. Both are alive ( His first wife died long ago and he has one son MK Muthu)
2) He has called Hindus theifs on many occasions and recent blatant attack on Hindu community and it's beleifs.
Both above are against constitution and illegal.
If some good lawyer challenges him he can be dislodged from his MLA seat. Request Pls. contact me . I can bear all the costs of litigation. It has to be done in supreme court

he can be asked to give sworn affidavit that will outright nail him. It is illegal for Hindu men to have more than 2 wives. And if it is illicit relation ship resulting in birth of a child it is even more illegal. He can be easily shamed in court and dislodged from MLA/ CM post

Cheap drug - Ganja. He mixes it with Tasmac (local hooch) sarakku. Excessive abuse has turned him completely senile. Last week as he was leaving his home one of his boots slipped off and he didn't even notice it but kept walking. His keep Dayalau Ammal rean behind him with shoes.

Lord made a Shivalingam out of sand and bathed the Lingam by inviting the water from Sapta samudra/ seven seas.
If you dwell the scriptures, the attribute of Bhagawan/ Supreme Lord means love... if the soul shows little love towards Lord, Lord reciprocates with thousand times of that... do not try to judge this display of love with logical/material calculations. We as human beings need a Spiritual touch to understand Spiritual stuff.

common sense will suggest that the aryans were nomads who came in and settled.
