I don't think this is the way to go but Karunanidhi being a terrorists and criminals lover should not protest this. (He had called the criminal sandalwood smuggler Veerappan a respectable figure and makes noises in favour of criminals all the time). The political parties in TN should make the next elections a fight between Atheists like Karunanidhi and believers in God. Question for Karunanidhi: 1. Is Rama is the only imaginary character or all the gods are imaginary? 2. Is Kannagi an imaginary character or not? If not, is there any proof? If she is imaginary character then why are we having a statue of her in Chennai and you say she is part of Tamil culture? For all those that believe Karunanidhi is firm in what he believes then you don't know this guy. He changes his mind on any issue only 5 times a day. He is sticking to what he said on this because he believe this will fetch Muslim and Christian votes.

The main problem is the Ram sethu project. If the election is based on Ram Sethu project, Karuna will win all assembly and Parliament seats in tamil nadu.

Next Fatwa should be against Cross belts. We have done it in Tamil Nadu and hence we are free from Religious extremism. Now it is the turn for other states.

For everyone out here who thinks Karunanidhi should be hanged etc. etc. Please realize that all stories of gods, may it be in the Hindu religion/Christian/Muslim etc. are mythical. We all have religious beliefs, and we all live in a deomcratic country where we are free to express our religious opinions. The same opportunity should be extended to those who are agnostic. And should be able to say so without a fear of a stupid FATWA. What are we, living in the 12th century. For those of you questioning my writing: I am a devout Hindu, and that is why I believe that tolerance towards all religious beliefs or lack thereof should be respected.
