Well Valmiki (who wrote Ramayana) was a great person. Don't you feel so? He could visualise things which can be termed as supper natural things in that era. Flying in the sky in a plane. Bows which could burn things. Bows which would aim distant places etc.. etc.. What I mean to say is think about it... we have planes, we have missiles, we have bridges, etc.. don't they co-relate??? From where did these idea originate??? We know that our ancestors were monkeys, but they didn't turn into human beings in a day... it happened in phases... now don't you feel that "Hanuman" and the whole vaanar sena is relating to the same theory??? There is science behind everything...agreed. But if I don't have an answer to a question, how can i deny the question itself. i.e. if one cannot find evidence (or i should say - is incapable in finding evidence) how can he question the existance of that era? It is impossible to handover total knowledge to the next generation...and the next and so on... I feel that the key to these scientific findings in the era of Ramayana) were not neatly carry forwared by the next generations and the technology extincted in the process of handovers... We have achieved to retain may things as mentioned in the Ramayana (Technological part)and many are yet to re-invented... In Mahabharata - we had Sanjay (who can be termed as modern TV / Radio) You have to believe things, you have to visualise things only then you can accomplish things which seems to be impossible.

Well lets not fight on it... we have to catch the 2020 bus... built by APJ Abdul Kalam... don't we :)
the politicians are elected to provide good governance; our politicians hardly do this; they have all the time to indulge in issues that are totally personal to people specially hindus; will our politicians have the guts to talk similarly about other religious beleifs? it is a challenge to them; they should not say later that the press misquoted them. It is an open challenge.
LOL!!!! Hindu Fatwa in Muslim style!! How about suicide bombings and blowing off own ass !!!! VHP has learnt this from Taleban!!! This VHP guy know where Bin Laden is. He must be arrested immediately

After elections, BJP might have to eat humble pie and align with atheists (Communists, DMK) its not a smart idea to swipe at them. No, party can ever come back by majority, coalition politics is here to stay.
Not really ... we are here for BJP, dont worry the Converts can go with whoever they want !
I was never with BJP but I think people have really taken us for granted.. now its a time for us to teach a lesson to these PSEUDO SECULARS... Keep watching !

It is funny that the same T.R. Balu wanted to take entire credit 2 years back by getting MuKa and Sonia to address a massive rally at Madurai to launch SS project, ignoring AIADMK which was in power then and BJP. Now suddenly when the going is rough the DMK says it was BJP that initiated the project. The BJP under Uma Bharti's ministry under pressure from DMK (part of NDA then) ordered a feasibility study. By any stretch of imagination that does not mean a green signal to demolish Ramar Palam! Only DMK, CPM and N.Ram of Hindu paper, can come up with such deceptive propaganda!
The BJP is still supporting SS project, only the alignment aspect is being debated. To his credit MuKa has always been anti-hindu and seeking personal glory (like any average politician). He has cleverly trapped NDA before and now the UPA. He can get away with anti-hindu comments being a CM of 90% hindu state and still the GoI is helpless because they need him and also it feeds directly into Sonia's agenda.
Just like Secular hindus supported muslims, it is upto muslims and christians to strengthen secularism in the country by condemning such statements.
Karunanidhi is a fooloish man as he has not comprehended what he is telling.Lord Rama is a reality.May be his fight with Ravana is having overdose.Ravana is not a human character it is representative of 10 vices found in every human being. The entire Ramayana has something to tell about the human behaviour & the history of the world, which continue to repeat every 5000 years.Ram rajya is a place where people are free of vices which automatically makes the place heaven with plenty of everything & no hatred.Hence fatwa is meaningless but karunanidhi instead of ruling ethically,is bent on creating hatred & division in the already fragmened society.
A fatwa is a considered opinion in Islam made by a mufti, a scholar capable of issuing judgments on Sharia (Islamic law). Usually a fatwa is issued at the request of an individual or a judge to settle a question where fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) is unclear.
In the early days of Islam, fatwa were pronounced by distinguished scholars to provide guidance to other scholars, judges and citizens on how subtle points of Islamic law should be understood, interpreted or applied. There were strict rules on who is eligible (see below) to issue a valid fatwa and who could not, as well as on the conditions the fatwa must satisfy to be valid. Today many Muslim countries (such as Egypt and Tunisia) have an official mufti position; a distinguished expert in the Sharia is named by the civil authorities of the country. According to the Usul al-fiqh (Principles of Jurisprudence), the latter are as follows :
The fatwa is in line with relevant legal proofs, deduced from Qur'anic verses and hadiths; It is issued by a person (or a board) having due knowledge and sincerity of heart; It is free from individual opportunism, and not depending on political servitude; It is adequate with the needs of the contemporary world. Today, with the existence of modern independent States, each with its own legislative system, and/or its own body of ulemas, each country develops and applies its own rules, based on its own interpretation of religious prescriptions.
